Indian list proves false

5-31-11 Whenever India becomes soft and nice towards Pakistan, the change in demeanor is never without a sinister purpose. Guile, deceit and lies are in its blood. After maintaining a stubborn stance for about 14 months, India all of a sudden expressed its willingness to restart talks in February 2010 and simultaneously launched a deceptive campaign titled ‘Aman ki Asha’ to show its soft face to the world. This change of heart occurred because of US increased pressure and dramatic turn of events in Afghanistan detrimental to Indian interests. India got disturbed when Obama announced pull out date from July 2011 onwards. India got another shock when USA declared its intentions to open dialogue with Taliban and to work for a negotiated political settlement to Afghan imbroglio.

Renewal of warmth in Pak-US relations on account of its leverage in Afghan affairs vexed India. Tehran meeting between leaders of Iran , Pakistan and Afghanistan followed by Istanbul meeting between the three leaders flabbergasted India . When London Conference attended by representatives of over 65 countries approved US plan of reintegration of Taliban, treated Pakistan with newfound respect and cold shouldered India, it panicked Indian leaders. Seeing this as a paradigm shift and not knowing how to stem the downslide, India wore the mask of friendship and stepped up its efforts to normalize relations with Pakistan and agreed to discuss all issues including Kashmir.

While so doing, India kept consolidating its position in Afghanistan and didn’t roll back its huge infrastructure of cross border terrorism installed in Afghanistan against Pakistan . It also didn’t stop constructing dams on Rivers Chenab and Jhelum despite Pakistan ’s protests. Indian media and politicians missed no opportunity to embarrass Pakistan and to malign its institutions. India kept increasing its defence budget and building up its military and nuclear strength to disturb the regional balance of power. It kept up the heat on Pakistan over Mumbai attacks and blamed Lashkar-e-Taiba as the chief culprit.

India kept reminding Pakistan to hand over 20 runaway criminals allegedly hiding in Pakistan . The list of 20 most-wanted fugitives was first handed over to Pakistan soon after December 2001 terrorist attack on Indian parliament in Delhi and was again sent after Mumbai incident. Indian leaders felt displeased over improved Pak-US ties from the beginning of 2010 and made frantic efforts to again spoil their relations. It kept poisoning the ears of USA against Pakistan saying that it was the nursery of terrorism and advised Washington not to quit Afghanistan till the roots of terrorism in Pakistan were eliminated.

As the Aman ki Asha preachers were celebrating the apparent thaw in Indo-Pak relations, the incident of 02 May took place which once again rocked Pak-US tenuous relations. Instead of helping Pakistan come out of difficult situation, India exploited it by further instigating USA . It saw it as an opportunity to regain lost ground in Afghanistan , completely marginalize Pakistan as well as nail ISI and lower the image of Pak Army.

India renewed its program of Pakistan bashing by first playing up Osama Bin Laden (OBL) card by saying, ‘see we had been all long saying that Pakistan is the nursery of terrorism and it has now been proven beyond any doubt’. In order to offset the damage done on account of startling revelations that Hindu extremists and Indian military officers were involved in all the terrorist attacks in India between 1993 and 2008 which were lumped on Pakistan, its spin doctors came out with a bizarre story that some Pakistani Army officers are involved in terrorist activities in India. The list of most-wanted fugitives was expanded from 20 to 50 and names were made public which included five serving Majors of Army. Others were Dawood Ibrahim, described as the 2nd most wanted terrorist after OBL, Lashkar-e-Taiba founder Hafiz Saeed, Zakiur Rahman Lakhvi, Ilyas Kashmiri, Hizbul Mujahideen chief Salahuddin, JKLF head Amanullah, Maualna Azhar of Jaish Muhammad, Lakhbir Singh, Paramjit Singh and several others. They are accused in carrying out 1993 bombings in Mumbai, 2001 Parliament attack in Delhi and Mumbai attacks in 2008 and allegedly hiding in Pakistan . Islamabad was pressed to hand over the fugitives for trial on terror charges. This list was handed over to Pakistan in March but was made public last week as it sought to ratchet up pressure on its neighbor in the wake of death of OBL at the hands of US Navy SEALs who was found living in Abbottabad. Ideas were floated that India could also undertake helicopter assault (s) similar to US Special Forces to get their wanted men.

Within a week of airing of this ridiculous story, India ’s Home Minister had to admit that a mistake had been made. This admission was made after one of the terror suspect named in the list Wazhur Qamar was found living in Mumbai. The fabricated list was prepared by Indian Home Ministry in consultation with investigating agencies and included the name of Wazhur Qamar Khan, who was wanted for his alleged role in bombing of trains in Mumbai in 2003. But Wazhur has since been found in living in the outskirt of Mumbai where he is out on bail after being arrested by local police over his alleged role in the blast. Indian Home Secretary GK Pillai giving his interview on the ND TV News channel on 17 May acknowledged the blunder. He stated, ‘The Ministry takes responsibility for mistakenly including the name of Wazhur’. ‘We deeply regret the blunder of including his name in the most wanted list and a probe has been ordered’.

After Wazhur, another most-wanted fugitive Feroz Abdul Khan, supposed to be hiding in Pakistan has been traced in India . He lives in Thane and is currently in Mumbai’s Arthur Road Jail; allegedly involved in 1993 Mumbai blasts, awaiting trial. Presence of two so-called fugitives in India has put egg on the face of Indian leadership. It so perplexed and mortified that it doesn’t know how to hide its embarrassment. It is sheer incompetence or criminal negligence or speaks of its mala fide intentions.

This is not the first time that its falsehood has been exposed. After every crime it commits, India never owns it up and puts up an innocent face and blames Pakistan . It is for the first time that India hastened to tender an apology after it learnt that Wazhur was present in India . When the second fugitive Feroz was also located in India , it was left with no choice but to shamefacedly withdraw its most-wanted list since sooner than later all other wanted Indians would also be traced inside India . This imperial goof-up has laid bare India ’s willful state policy of deceit and lies.

India resorts to lies and deceits as a policy to let down its neighbors but always gets away with its crimes. It had been willfully blaming Pakistan intelligence (ISI) for 1993 serial bombings in Mumbai, terrorist act on Indian Parliament in 2001, terrorist acts in Malegaon (2006, 2008); Samjhota Train, Dargah in Ajmer Sharif, Mecca mosque in Hyderabad in 2007, Mumbai attacks in 2008 and German Bakery in Pune. Ultimately it was confessed by right wing extremist Hindu RSS* leader Aseemanand in January 2011 that most of these terror attacks were carried out by him and Hindu extremist groups in connivance with Indian Army officers to target Indian Muslims. RAW in collusion with Mossad and CIA had made up Mumbai drama to kill investigation officer Hemant Karkare who was all set to unveil the big racket of terrorism of Hindu terrorist groups in cahoots with Indian military officers’, and also to implicate Pakistan by blaming (Islamic terrorist) Lashkar-e-Taiba**.  India needs to apologize to all its neighbors specially Pakistan which it has brutalized with impunity.

Hindutva Terrorism and Israeli Connection

India’s independent political and crime-reporting magazine Tehelka in its January 2011 issue has reported the 42-page confession by one of Hindutva zealot member Swami Aseemanand. On December 18, 2010, Swami Aseemanand, told magistrate Deepak Dabas of the Tis Hazari court – that not Muslims but a range of Hindu facists (RSS) thugs were involved in a series of heinous terrorist blasts ranging from Malegaon (2006) to the Mecca Masjid, Ajmer Sharif, Samjhauta Express blasts and Mumbai terrorist attack carried out with the help of Israeli Mossad.

In his confession Swami Aseemanad named senior Rashtryia Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) leader Indresh Kumar, the murdered RSS pracharak Sunil Joshi, Sadhvi Pragya Thakur and senior RSS pracharaks Sandeep Dange and Ramji Kalsangra, Swami Aseemanad himself, among others, as being key conspirators in the terror blasts. According to him, Indresh Kumar financed several of the blasts, while Sunil Joshi and his team executed many of them.

Assemanad stated that RSS leaders picked-up those targets for Hindu terrorism because; 80 percent of Malegaon are Muslims, to scare the great numbers of Hindus who visit Ajmer Sharif (Zionist thugs applied  similar terrorist tactics against the Jews in Iraq), the attack on Mecca Masjid (Hyderabad) was a revenge for the last Muslim ruler of that princely for refusing to join Hindu-majority India and Samjhauta Express was chosen because it was mostly used by Pakistanis.

But then, there is a great difference between terrorism against Muslims and the so-called ‘the Chosen People’. Last month, the Zionist entity’s Embassy in India had slammed leader of the ruling Congress Party, Digvijay Singh’s comparison of RRS with the Nazis. “The RSS, in the garb of nationalist ideology, is targetting Muslims the same way Nazis targeted Jews in the 1930s,” said Singh (The Times of India, December 21, 2010). I have to agree with the Israeli spokesperson – One cannot compare Nazis with the RSS, because Nazis had 150,000 Jews among them, but the later has only some Israeli advisers. Hitler was also a popular foreign leader among Brahmin communities for his belief in the superiority of Aryan over the rest of mankind (like the Jewish philosophy of ‘chosenness’). The RSS ideologist, Guru M.S. Golwalkar, in his now-famous work Our Nationhood, wrote of his admiration for Adolf Hitler and suggested that the “race purification” carried out by Hitler was a perfect example to be followed by Hindu nationalists in dealing with India’s claimed 150 million Muslims as well as its Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists and other minorities, all of whom should be denied even basic citizens’ rights.

The convicted terrorist, Indian Army officer, Lt. Col. Purohit, who had visited Israel, had admitted receiving arms and money from Israel  to kill Muslims and carry false-flag operations, blaming on Muslims. Several RSS leaders, during BJP rule had visited Israel. Various Hindutva groups had welcomed and celebrated Israeli Foreign Minister Shimon Peres’ visit to India on May 17, 1993, and the closer ties with Israel which ensued. Among leading Indian media reporting attempts by BJP-RSS-VHP leaders to get closer both to Israel and to the Zionist lobby in Washington is The Times of India.

The history of love-affair between the RSS and Zionist entity goes back to RSS’ founder, Vinyak Damodar Savarkar (died 1966). While Mahtama Gandhi and Pandit Nehru were against the partition of Palestine - Vinyak Damodar Savarkar had supported the establishment of a Jewish homeland in Palestine to terrorize Muslim-majority Middle East for generation to come.

Purohit planned Israel-based Hindu govt-in-exile, support from Thai contacts: ATS chargesheet today
Smita Nair Posted online: Tue Jan 20 2009, 03:05 hrs
Mumbai : The Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad chargesheet in the Malegaon blast case claims that as per statements from the accused the town was singled out for the blast as “it was the ideal place where the Muslim community crowd was the maximum” and that prime accused Lt Col Prasad Purohit had told fellow conspirators it was time to set up a parallel, Hindu government-in-exile which could operate out of Israel and ensure a completely sashastra (armed) India.

Purohit, according to the chargesheet, promised “all logistic help” with finances from several quarters and support from some of his contacts in Thailand.

The ATS chargesheet, which includes two important confession statements, statements of witnesses under Section 164, laptop records, telephonic records, detailed SMSes and financial transactions across states, will be filed tomorrow in the designated MCOCA court chaired by sessions judge Y D Shinde.

The ATS will tell the court how a group called Abhinav Bharat became a “front organisation” for a conspiracy which led to an explosion at 9.26 pm on September 29, 2008 at Bhikku Chowk, Malegaon. While all eleven accused have been charged with conspiracy, logistics and execution of the blast, the key roles, according to the ATS, were those of Purohit, Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur and Sudhakar Dardwivedi alias Dayanand Pandey.

This will be the first case where a probe has been able to reach the conspirators — unlike other cases where only those who planted bombs have been arrested. In this case, the alleged bomb planters — Sameer Dange, Ramji Kalsangra — and Pravin Patil, another on the wanted list, remain at large. Patil also used the cover name of Mutalik and is a close aide of Purohit.

While the forensic finding of the chassis and engine number of the motorcycle used in the blast — it was a Gujarat registration number GJ-05-1920, owned by Pragya Singh Thakur — led the ATS to Gujarat, it was the statements of witnesses and the forensic report that helped the ATS build a strong case.

The ATS chargesheet has relied heavily on the statement of Sudhakar Chaturvedi (37), the last to be arrested, who said Purohit had called him on September 17, asking him to give the keys of his house in Deolali to a person named Pawar. According to the ATS, Pawar handed the keys to Ramji Kalsangra who along with some others used the house to assemble the bomb that was eventually used in Malegaon.

The ATS team took a picture of Ramji to the locality where Chaturvedi stayed. Two witnesses identified him and confirmed that Ramji did come to the house. A search of the house revealed remains of items used in making the bomb — this was verified by a forensic team. Evidences include recordings from the laptop of Sudhakar Dardwivedi which also has footage of various meetings.

Of the arrested, it is Rakesh Dataram Dhavde’s involvement in the conspiracy that led the ATS to slap MCOCA charges against all ten accused. Pragya Singh’s telephonic conversations recorded with accused Shyam Sahu immediately after the blasts will be included in the chargesheet.

According to the ATS, the Abhinav Bharat, a group founded on June 12, 2006 in Raigad where Shivaji was coronated, initially had retired Major Ramesh Upadhyay in the role of working president. Later, under the control of Purohit, it became the “front for an agenda of creating a Hindu Rajya”.

While the “anger and the determination” to create a parallel government which “gives power to Hindus” can be seen in the records of the many meetings that transpired between the accused, the ATS says that it was at a meeting in Bhopal where the conspiracy for Malegaon was hatched. Purohit was said to have convinced the group that the time had come for a parallel government — and he detailed the idea of a bomb blast. The group, according to many statements of the accused, was told about possible safe houses in Israel from where the conspirators could operate once their ideology took root and their numbers increased.

According to the ATS, Pragya Singh promised “two of her men” from Gujarat. Upadhyay and Pune-based Ajay Rahirkar played key roles in logistics, conspiracy meetings and finances while Sudhakar and Sameer Kulkarni, the ATS says, were active foot soldiers of Abhinav Bharat who were paid a monthly sum of Rs 5,000 and were called ‘Chanakyas’.
