A false-flag smear of Anonymous?

The corporate media is claiming that the group Anonymous has hacked into the computer systems of Strategic Forecasting, Inc.

Anonymous says they didn’t do it. It’s a lie.

Here’s some preliminary background.

STRATFOR

George Friedman is one of those neo-con Jews who gets paid by Washington to imagine fantastic terrorist scenarios the US government uses as rationales to increase its military budget, maintain the “war on terror,” and shred the constitution. Friedman’s clients include the Pentagon, law enforcement agencies, and the corporate media.

In 1996, Friedman founded Strategic Forecasting, Inc. (aka STRATFOR) in Austin, Texas. He remains Stratfor’s CEO and “chief intelligence officer.”

As an unabashed neo-con imperialist, Friedman says the current Depression is merely part of a “business cycle.” He says Reagan was a liar and lawbreaker, but that’s good, since lying is necessary and right. must prepare for World War II with China and Russia, which he thinks will happen by 2050 or sooner. He also thinks the USA will go to war with Japan, which he erroneously says is the world’s second biggest economy. (In 2009 China became the world’s largest exporter. In 2010 China became the world’s second largest economy. In Dec 2011 China became the world’s largest filer of patents. China is also the world’s biggest automobile market. Goldman Sachs thinks China’s economy will be larger than the US economy by 2027, while the MF predicts it will happen by 2016 ore sooner.)

In short, Friedman is a Jew moron, but his activities are limited to downloading unclassified material from the Internet and re-packaging it as pro-war, pro-corporate, and pro-Wall Street propaganda.

Now hackers claiming to represent the group Anonymous say they have stolen thousands of emails, passwords and credit card details from Friedman’s propaganda mill.

WHAT HAPPENED

A hacker claiming to be member of Anonymous posted an online message, saying he had used Stratfor clients' credit card details to make "over a million dollars" in donations to different charities. (Over 4,000 credit cards.) The hacker posted images online claiming to show receipts from donations made by the hackers. The hacker also provided a link on Twitter to what the hacker said was Stratfor's private client list, which included the US Defense Department, Army, Air Force, law enforcement agencies, and top security contractors.

Among the donations shown was a $494 payment on behalf of the Department of Defense for textbooks, a school uniform and food crisis education provided by charity CARE for impoverished girls and women.

A $180 payment was allegedly made to the American Red Cross on behalf of a Department of Homeland Security official, and was signed "Thank you! Department of Homeland Security."

Another $200 payment was made to the American Red Cross on behalf of a Texas Department of Banking official.

More than 200 GB of Strafor’s internal data were lifted from Friedman’s servers before Friedman took his system offline and suspended his e-mail accounts.

NOT ANONYMOUS?

On 25 Dec 2011 the Anonymous group issued a press release via the web site “Pastebin” [http://pastebin.com/8yrwyNkt ] saying in capital letters, “THE STRATFOR HACK IS NOT THE WORK OF ANONYMOUS.”

“Anonymous does not attack media sources like Stratfor, whose work is protected by the freedom of press, a principle that Anonymous values greatly. Stratfor is an open-source intelligence agency, publishing daily reports on data collected from the open Internet. Hackers claiming to be Anonymous have distorted this truth in order to further their hidden agenda. Stratfor has been deceived by these so-called Anonymous members, and portrayed in a false light as a company that engages in activity similar to HBGary.”

[NOTE: Unlike Startfor, which is basicaly one Jew with a couple of helpers, HBGary is a supremely evil technology company employed by Washington to discredit anti-war groups, create excuses for the “war on terror,” and undermine anyone who questions Wall Street or the Pentagon. On February 5-6, 2011, Anonymous compromised the HBGary website, exposing the company’s plans to "disrupt" reporter Glenn Greenwald in his support of Wikileaks, and to fabricate false documents that discredit critics of firms like Bank of America. Other HB Gary operations include fomenting feuds between hacker groups, and submitting fake documents to WikiLeaks, and then calling out the errors. The US government also pays HB Gary to develop “astroturfing” software that creates millions of fake but realistic social media profiles, so the US government can manipulate social media web sites. HB Gary also develops viruses, trojans, rootkits, and other malware to disrupt the computer networks of anyone that Washington or Wall Street doesn’t like. HB Gary also develops “back doors” for myriad software products so Washington and large corporations can spy on Americans. HB Gary also plants fake terrorist plots on computer systems, so US government agencies can maintain their prosecution quotas, and the corporate media can maintain its propaganda. The hacking of HB Gary by Anonymous caused so much damage that it almost destroyed HB Gary, which has main offices in Sacramento CA, Washington DC, and Bethesda MD.]

The Anonymous press release continues, “Sabu and his crew are nothing more than opportunistic attention whores who are possibly agent provocateurs. Anonymous is not behind this hack.”

WHO’S TELLING THE TRUTH?

The hacker /s that attacked the Stratfor network say they were able to do it because George Friedman was too stupid to encrypt his information. Yet, Anonymous says there was no need to encrypt everything, since Stratfor is an Open Source operation, using information that anyone else can glean from the Internet. HBGary, for example, is not open source.

I vote that Anonymous is telling the truth, and that this whole thing is possibly a false flag engineered by an outfit like HB Gary to smear Anonymous. 

The corporate media is claiming that Anonymous did it, in order to defame the group.
