Below, is a Certified Copy of Registration of Birth from the District of Mombasa, Coast Province of Kenya indicating the birthplace of one Barrack Hussein Obama II to be the  Coast General Hospital Mombasa in August 4, 1961, with Sir Edward of Lavender as the Colonial Registrar in 1961…

…as signed by the Deputy Registrar, Joshua S. Oduya.

This clean photos of a document would surely support the Arpaio Cold Case Posse investigations.

“Now it is here and places the president in the African continent. The debate surrounding it will now end after the revelation, and those who have not been telling the truth will have to be made answerable one way or another.

The revelation, however, coming during this election year 2012 is doing no good to the democratic party.

 API on Tuesday the 6th March evening received President Obama’s genuine birth certificate. API decided not to hurry in publishing it immediately because we wanted to be sure of the content value.

Now that the scrutiny has been done, the publishing of the Birth certificate that will clear the air once and for all is being done without prejudice. This may force the US president to apologise to the American people for having been kept in the dark on the issue for a long time now on demanding the publishing of the birth certificate by President Obama.

The two documents will put the issue to rest and clear the air once and for all who wish to know the true facts of this case file that has bothered a section of the American people!

It is only reasonable to continue working on this case in order to reveal the truth of the matter.

Another issue important to consider is why many are so interested in this. If Obama has ruled now for three good years and is now in his fourth year – and already asking for another term that will give him new 4 years in the White House, is there any wrongdoing when he actually has delivered leadership and continues to do so? He has not run down the country, so what is all the farce about where he is born? After all, he has lived in the US all his life.”

We are now of the opinion that Mr. Obama will resign anytime from today as that’s the only “honorable” option left for him. Declaring Martial Law to control massive backlash, as what our late president Marcos did, ain’t wiser either. The people losing their faith against the system will always win against a fully equipped army.

He could have been the “Disclosure President” but he blew it even before he started. It takes willful leadership, not suave talking to steer a nation. It takes trust to lead the people. It takes honesty for people to trust. He doesn’t have both.

This issue came out in late 2007, and it made perfect sense to us all. When the Bush-chimp became intolerable even to Wall Street, the elites dressed a new monkey in a suit, and sat it in the Oval Office, knowing that if it ever grew a moral conscience, then the birth issue could be used to remove it. This was Wall Street’s insurance. And since the new monkey was black, the masses would think they had “hope and change," and would dismiss anyone who questioned this as a “racist.”

Now it’s too late. No matter what proof we have that the monkey was absolutely not born in the USA, the masses defend the monkey. Indeed, the more proof you provide, the more you are dismissed as a "racist" and “conspiracy theorist.”

Anyway the US Constitution itself is vague. Article 2, Clause 5 says, “No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States,” can be President.  The Constitution does not define “natural born citizen.” The elites define it. Further, the word >“or”< means the President doesn’t have to be born in the USA in the first place, yes?

Still, we find it amusing to dig up evidence like the document above. At least we say to ourselves, “You fooled everyone else, but you didn’t fool me.”

[QUESTION: I’m curious to know if this affects me alone, and no one else. When Bush occupied the White House, I never listened to him speak on TV or the Internet, since Bush was incapable of telling the truth, and his Texas accent was revolting. Obama is even worse. Obama makes my skin crawl. When I hear his voice, I almost panic as I jump to switch off whatever device it issues from, or I click off the web site. Obama gives me the “willies.” This not a racial thing. There are other Black public figures I hate, and some I like, but none give me the “willies.” I wonder if anyone else has the same experience. I suspect that many people do, and many are Black.]

I was under the impression this was uncovered a long time ago.  The news goes back least a couple of years.

Even though I'm not supporter of Mr Hopey Changey, this really is a non-issue. The full text of clause 5 of Article II is

No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.

Note that it states that a candidate for the Presidency must be a natural born citizen or a citizen of the United States and should have been resident in the United States for at least fourteen years. Under this rule, Obama qualifies, whether or not he was born abroad.

Some say that the allowance for foreign-born citizens of the U.S. to qualify as a Presidential candidate has become obsolete, but I can't find any amendment that actually puts that into law.

I would far more concerned about the fundamentally undemocratic nature of the indirect system used for Presidential Elections, in particular the primaries and subsequent conventions and electoral colleges, all of which seem to have been deliberately designed to ensure that no popular candidate who goes against establishment thinking will ever make it to the Oval Office.

For persons born between December 24, 1952 and November 14, 1986, a person is a U.S. citizen if all of the following are true (except if born out-of-wedlock)[8]:

  1. The person's parents were married at the time of birth
  2. One of the person's parents was a U.S. citizen when the person was born
  3. The citizen parent lived at least ten years in the United States before the child's birth;
  4. A minimum of 5 of these 10 years in the United States were after the citizen parent's 14th birthday.

For persons born out-of-wedlock (mother) if all the following apply:

  1. the mother was a U.S. citizen at the time of the person’s birth and
  2. the mother was physically present in the United States or one of its outlying possessions for a continuous period of one year prior to the person’s birth.[9] (See link for those born to a U.S. father out-of-wedlock)[8]

It's possible that he's not, given clauses 1 and 4.  I haven't checked.
