Jewish extremists have warned supermodel Bar Refaeli not to marry her actor boyfriend, Leonardo DiCaprio, because it will dilute the Jewish race, according to media reports.
In a letter to Refaeli, the nationalist group Lehava - whose members include far-rightist Baruch Marzel and which aims to fight assimilation among Jews - wrote: "It is not by chance that you were born Jewish.
"Your grandmother and her grandmother did not dream that one of their descendants would one day remove the family's future generations from the Jewish people," the letter continued. "Assimilation has forever been one of the enemies of the Jewish people."
Lehava in Hebrew means "flame" but it is also an acronym for "Preventing Assimilation in the Holy Land." According to the group's Facebook page, it aims to provde assistance to Jewish girls in relationships with non-Jews, and especially Arabs.
Marzel told Refaeli that he "has nothing against Mr. DiCaprio, who I have no doubt is a talented actor." Still, he urged Refaeli: "Come to your senses, look forward and back too - and not only the present. Don't marry Leonardo DiCaprio, don't harm the future generations."

Bar Refaeli’s dad says DiCaprio should convert to Judaism to get married
Leonardo DiCaprio’s girlfriend Bar Refaeli won’t be tying the knot with her superstar beau, if he doesn’t agree to her father’s demand and convert to Judaism, say reports.
According to Aaron Braunstein, who will be promoting the Brawl at the Wall boxing match between Israeli and Palestinian fighters on July 4, Bar’s dad is adamant that Leo will be eligible to be his son-in-law only if he’d embrace their faith.
“He told me that if Leo doesn’t convert to Judaism, there will be no marriage,” the ‘New York Daily’ News quoted Braunstein as saying, after he saw Bar’s dad in Jerusalem last week.
The ‘Titanic’ star has been dating the Israeli supermodel since 2005.
Recently, Refaeli posed almost half naked for the cover of the Sports Illustrated swimsuit magazine.

All very nice
... to have the welfare of Bar Refaeli and her offspring in mind, but who is there when Leonardo DiCaprio needs protection?
I hope that he will heed my advice: Run Leonardo, run like you have never run before!
Don't you think...
...that these images do nothing more than portray WUFYS membership as people who are full of hate for Jews simply because they are Jews and whose hate manifests itself in the form of hackneyed caricatures? If anyone wanted to shut this site down, this is providing them with excellent material to allow them to do so.

Maybe
I should have titled it "We'd rather she married a Jewish werewolf than that messhugah goyim Di Caprio". Frankly, I don't get what's offensive about a Jewish werewolf. The point was that they'd have her marry ANY Jew, even if he was butt ugly.
I don't hold any responsibility for what other people post, so maybe two unflattering pics were overkill. Not my fault.
If I used a picture of someone who was a cross between Woody Allen and Menachim Begin, I would have been accused of stereotyping, even though that type of face is somewhat common to the tribe.
I think you are reacting (somewhat) to the legacy of one poster (initials GR) who is still very active at the old blog. That is the bigger problem. They tend to put this kind of thing up each and every time they post, indiscriminately, and that IS an issue.
Attempting humor in situations like this is often fraught with the danger of offending someone, but in spite of that, I hope we don't go down the path of becoming dour, tight lipped and oh so PC. Once in a while should be ok.
When the Jews start making real attempts at abolishing their own racism, like for example, finding a term to replace Goyim (i.e. something that translates to "non-Jewish human being") then I might have a little more sympathy.
They are the only people on earth who can get away with calling anyone not in their group the equivalent of a barnyard animal. That I find offensive, both to the bucolic and often maligned Bovinae and to the rest of humanity in general.
When I lived in Japan, there was controversy about the Japanese calling the rest of us "Gaijin", which means "outside person". I didn't see that big of an issue with it, because the Chinese characters used include the term "person" (Jin). Goyim isn't even an equivalent.
"It is not by chance that you were born Jewish" is somewhat equivalent to the Klan's message: "The only reason you are white today is because your ancestors believed in and practiced segregation." Yet which of these is likely to get called a hate group by the ADL?
If you don't wish to have this picture on the blog, then as editor you have the perogative to remove it. I juat wanted to take some time to explain why it is there.
