Three men killed in a hit-and-run incident during Birmingham riots

Haroon, Abdul Musavir, 31, and Shazad Ali, 31, were mowed down as they stood on the pavement protecting their mosque and businesses in the community.

Today, a 32-year-old man was being questioned on suspicion of murder.

The father said he was standing round the corner as the car mounted the pavement and knocked down the three young men.

He said he acted instinctively and helped - without realising his boy was one of the trio who were fatally injured.

Mr Jahan said: 'The car came up on the pavement for God knows what reason and I was standing nearby.

'I heard it happen and I turned round and I saw three people on the ground and my instinct to help and I started CPR and someone told me that one of them was my son.

'I started CPR on my own son and my hands and face were covered in blood. What was the point in doing it? We are here defending the community. He was a good kid aged 21, and very well liked.'

Mohammed Chowdhri, who knew Haroon, said the three young men were on the streets protecting the mosque and businesses from rioters.

British police ignore the Black sections of the cities, but they crack down on the White sections. In central London, White kids -- fed up with the growing stress caused by bankers and their politician puppets – tried to occupy Trafalgar Square, but the police wouldn’t let them. There are riots in the Black parts of Manchester, but the Manchester police are in London. (The two cities are about three hours apart. I’ve been in both.)

Many of the rioters in England (depending on which part) are animals that attack each other, and attack uninvolved bystanders. In the video below, 20-year-old Malaysian student Asyraf Haziq was riding a bicycle to a store to get some food. Rioters knocked him off his bike, broke his jaw, and knocked out several of his teeth. Then, while Haziq is in a daze, blood pouring from his mouth, a White male steals what looks like a PlayStation Portable from his backpack. Presumably the rioters stole his bicycle too. Haziq had only been in England for a month.

I’ve seen other videos of rioters attacking their own neighbors. In one case, a CNN reporter had bottles thrown at him by rioters. In another, a reporter was punched in the face and had his camera stolen. May reporters have been attacked. Some were robbed.

What a lousy world. Police beat up peaceful demonstrators (e.g. at G20 summits) but are helpless when confronted by genuine animals in England. Now, because of these animals, police will become even more brutal at peaceful demonstrations. In the video below, rioters scare off riot cops.

Of course, governments are far worse than the rioters. They’re the ultimate looters, making war on anyone that has something the plutocracy wants.

Here's some delicious Schadenfreude...

“On 10 Aug 2011 Libya's government called on British Prime Minister David Cameron to step down because of the riots shaking Britain.

"Cameron and his government must leave after the popular uprising against them and the violent repression of peaceful demonstrations by police," the official news agency Jana quoted Deputy Foreign Minister Khaled Kaaim as saying.

“Cameron and his government have lost all legitimacy. These demonstrations show that the British people reject this government that is trying to impose itself through force.”

Kaaim called on the UN, “Security Council and the international community to not stay with its arms crossed in the face of the flagrant violation of the rights of the British people.”

[There are also demonstrations in Palestine. Netanyahu must step down.]

On 11 Aug 2011 Iranian President Ahmadinejad condemned the UN and human rights groups for their silence on the police response in England. Ahmadinejad called on the UN Security Council take action against David Cameron's government.

"If one per cent of this happens in countries that oppose the West, then the UN and human rights bodies scream until they are hoarse," Mr Ahmadinejad said. He urged the British government to stop "the violent crackdown on demonstrators."
