Zionist Internet Spies Strike Again!

They're numerous, they're zionist, and they're goal is to seek and shutdown all internet opposition. They're Zionist Internet Spies and they've struck again.

A local professor has again suspended updates to his pro-Palestinian Web site following another round of criticism and pressure — this time instigated by another member of the Internet community.

Hassan El-Najjar, an associate professor of sociology at Dalton State College, has closed www.aljazeerah.info, a site he says is “to promote cross-cultural understanding between people all over the world,” apparently as the result of a campaign undertaken by a person who operates a Web log called The Jawa Report (http://mypetjawa.mu.nu).

On Monday, El-Najjar posted an explanation on his site:

“I have concluded it’s not safe for me anymore to continue editing aljazeerah.info in this atmosphere of intimidation, which abridges freedom of speech and freedom of the press. I believed that, as an American citizen, I have these sacred rights as a given. I acknowledge now that I was wrong,” he wrote. “Until I’m assured of these constitutional freedoms and rights, I’ll stop editing news reports and opinion editorials about U.S. wars and Israeli occupation of Palestine, hoping that the campaign against my employer stops.”

From the perspective of El-Najjar, who says he is a native of Gaza, Palestine, Israeli Jews took control of Muslim holy land in an “occupation,” and are proponents of Zionism. Similarly, the U.S. presence in Iraq is an occupation of Arab land, and those fighting against this “Imperialism” are “resistance fighters,” rather than “terrorists.”

He declined to comment Thursday.

“I don’t want to talk about (the Web site),” he said. “I found the best way to handle it was just to close it.”

The Jawa Report posted a story on El-Najjar on March 22 followed by a link to the e-mail address of Dalton State College president Jim Burran and telephone contact information and e-mail addresses for members of the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia.

The blogger who runs the site calls himself Dr. Rusty Shackleford from Texas — a “professor of know-it-allogy” and “Editor-in-Chief, Sith Master, Admiral and Pimptastik Blog Overlord.”

“At least one site seems to have honed in on this, and some contacts were made. I know Dr. Burran has gotten some calls from the system office,” John Hutcheson, Dalton State’s vice president for academic affairs, said Friday. “I ‘Googled’ Rusty Shackleford, but it’s not very intelligible. This is one of the things the Web has brought us to; it’s a situation where anybody can say anything. The impact is immediate and can generate strong response — far faster than print or broadcast media.”

According to www.wikipedia.com, the name “Rusty Shackleford” is apparently borrowed from the TV cartoon “King of the Hill,” in which a character called Mr. Dribble uses it as a pseudonym.

Hutcheson said El-Najjar’s Web site is in no way connected to the college.

“He did that of his own volition. He doesn’t use any college facilities, and we don’t have the right to ask him to drop it,” Hutcheson said. “He previously complied when we asked him to eliminate any links from the college Web site. He’s an American citizen and has the same rights of free speech as anyone else, unless he’s advocating something illegal.”

Burran was out of his office on Friday. In 2003 when questions were raised about the Web site, Burran told The Daily Citizen “it’s an independent site not connected to the college, and that’s within his rights as a citizen.”

An e-mail to The Jawa Report seeking comment was not immediately returned Friday. The blog calls El-Najjar a “terrorist supporter and anti-Semitic conspiracy theorist.”

Ghee, sounds familiar.

It’s not the first time El-Najjar, who created the www.aljazeerah.info domain name in January 2002, has faced criticism. A Washington Times story in 2003 made locals aware of El-Najjar’s site, and he closed it then after he said he received threats against his life.

“I want to tell the people of Dalton that I am a citizen of the United States, I love this country and that’s why I’m here,” El-Najjar told The Daily Citizen then. “I expressed my right within the constitutional right of freedom of expression, and I thought everyone would defend that right. And if they don’t protect that, well, I shut it down until I have people from Dalton who would ask me to open it again.”

Several students and area residents came to his defense, and El-Najjar reopened the site shortly thereafter.

This is typical totalitarian zionist bullsh*t.

They can't win on grounds of logic or reason so they resort to threats and intimidation.

Neither Al-Najjar nor any other American should have to constantly declare their undivided allegiance to America in order to criticize that sh*tty little state called israel.

Moreover, they should not have to wait for public support to exercise their constitutional right to free speech.

This is going to backfire badly on those little nazis.

The simple solution is to enforce the foreign power lobby restrictions and ban dual citizenship.

I don't see what's the big deal, and why website owner is so scared. I'm sure he knows that his site has enemies. Naturally, the enemies will fight. Is it so much a surprise? His employer has received a call; what was the reaction? any consequences? it's a free country (supposedly), and anybody is free to call anyone, or write a letter. It's totally up to the employer how to react, and if the employer imposed any sanctions based on nothing but namecalling on someone's website, then act against the employer. If there were threats of life, it's probably something police should deal with. If you set up a site that you know will steer some fight, then you should be prepared for some fight, rather than scream, shut down everything, and wine "Zionists strike again" just because somebody somewhere posted that you are terrorist. If I now post right here that you are serial murderer, will that cause you to hide under the chair?

It's not a problem that Zionists strike again; it's a problem that you are ready to immediately shut down whatever they demand at the slightest nod of their head.

From the Adverts to the focus of it's reporting i had nothing but trouble with that URL. Nothing i could put my finger on untill today.

Before you get too busted up over this site please think carefully back to your visits there.

As a visitor this info will just not do
"Dear Readers,

Al-Jazeerah.info has been a US independent forum promoting peace between the US and the Arab and Muslim worlds and between Israelis and Palestinians, for the last five years.

The Editor of Al-Jazeerah has concluded that he cannot do this job at this time. He decided to stop the publication for now hoping to resume it when conditions change in a later time.

Thanks for the readers' support."

This is one fishy smelling turn. If you do something like this don't expect your Credit to extend over your hiatus. With no explanation offered there will be No benefit of the doubt extended.

Us humans out here are not going to accept anything at face value any longer. Now we see things and react.

Going turtle is just pulling your pants down and offering your goodies to any one who wants to have a poke. As i have said the cash flows and other aspects of this site drove me elsewhere for news. Is it's removal an indication of an attempt to "Re-credit" there image? Well this is the first thing i thought the moment i finished reading QRSwave's post here. So i posted it.

Creditability cannot be manufactured. I thought this was common knowledge stuff.

And if you are in this news game you need the thickest skin to stay playing. Pussy thinking is the easiest Ground to plant FEAR. NEWS is not interested in FEAR Mr Al-Najjar and you cannot do NEWS in fear.

recently information referencing the holocaust was banned by matthew barganier of antiwar.com (holocaust stats footnote was cited in the info that displeased him- but not endorsed or supported by provider's writer, just referenced) It turns out barganier has a history of the type of techniques used against the aljazeera.info site- barganier allegedly encouraged readers to contact another blogger's employer to get him fired because he didnt like that blogger's postings-even providing the employer's contact info... meanwhile- where is the full disclosure on antiwar's site of CATO institute sponsorship of antiwar.com (and CATO's support for privatisation of social security, rampant free trade and the fact that its top columnist- doug bandow was employed by CATO (before being hired by antiwar.com) after being fired for taking tens of thousands of dollars from Jack Abramoff to write biased news 'articles' pumping Abramoff corporation's agendas---fascist tendencies come in all stripes on the spectrum...

I enjoyed your comments, and your points are well taken, but I note that the careers of academicians are especially vulnerable to the Zionist plague. Hassan El-Najjar is an associate professor. Even in public school (not higher education) it is career suicide for any teacher to speak against Zionist atrocities. So it is with many different professions in the USA, Canada, and Europe. People outside such professions consider it wimpy to fear Zionist maggots, which is understandable, but there are circumstances that affect one's livelihood, and can't be ignored.

Perhaps the real cowardice is not in Mr. El-Najjar, but in the American public at large, which freely gives all power to Zionist filth. Certainly Mr. El-Najjar is no more “cowardly” than U.S. politicians, who dare not speak against their Jewish owners.

Also, I presume that Mr. El-Najjar is a Muslim. Depending on where one lives in the USA, it is doubly hazardous for any Muslim to speak against the maggots. Again, this may be difficult for non-Muslims to understand.

As for the quality of Mr. El-Najjar’s web site, I haven’t seen it, so I’ll trust your comments there.

I wholeheartedly agree. It really does take a lot courage to speak in what ever avenue of communication one chooses - to bring about the facts and truth about Palestine and what the israeli government and military are doing to the people of Palestine. This will almost always invite harrassment and threats - even worse if one is good at what they do with getting the message across. So I say, let's not knock those who are brave or trying to be brave. This is not an easy job to do. So for every brave person that speaks out and then shut down or made to keep quiet, let there be three or four more others who pick up the torch and try to convey the truth as best they can.

It certainly is better than nothing.

I was not calling Mr Al-Najjar a coward what i was trying to get across is that if you are in a VERY nasty game like news you need AT THE START a keen head for your coming trials and potential hazards. Don't go into the wood without your shotgun is good advice. And don't get into Mid-east news if you cannot weather ANY threat(including Tank and air planes). (Just why this site was started is sort of a mystery to me at this point)

Coming into the MID-EAST news game (An obviously harsh game in the most minimalist lighting)and to drop out like this is not doing anyone any good turns. If this site comes back perhaps there is some smoke there to investigate. If it does not then the whole movement will just have to see the method of failure and the resultant barriers that this attracts to the faithless that refuse protection of Courage and trust

So to all that MIGHT be a bit Squeamish about the threats and tactics at work to keep this crap in play.

If you are even sort of scared that someone is going to at some point cause you some trouble or offer threats to your family you may as well not even finish your day today. Quit your news job and find new work.
Because the shit is just fixing to go into the fan and not standing tall is a serious failing in the coming winds.

First you take D.C. Then you take New York.
