It's Official: CNN invites Gravel to debate!

How sweet it is - the first victory in a long hard struggle for the presidency . . .

Senator Gravel would like to thank each and every one on you who worked so hard to get him into the New Hampshire Democratic Presidential Debate. This invitation is a direct result of the dedication and work of those of you who have stood up for this campaign in the last 72 hours. This is absolute proof that the people working together can stand up to corporate media and have our voices heard. Senator Gravel has said all along that this is your campaign and today your voices have been heard loud and clear.

Our work has only just begun. Again, thank you to all of you.

...I sent the e-mail to explain my point of view on fair and open debate without prejudicial bias.

It work...unless later CNN turns around and withdraw its intention to continue the biased attitude despite CNN's about-face on its wrong-headed decision to shut out Mike Gravel.

Fox News Channel should allow Ron Paul to have his say. FNC is a Republican Party noise machine, and yet look down on Ron for his common sense ideology contrary to their reactionary, politically self-absorbed & maddeningly ignorant "us vs them" credo (same principle applied to LGF, Jawa Report, Hot Air with Michelle Malkin, Sean Hannity, Michael Savage, Bill O'Reilly, Tim Russert, etc).

Bravo!

I hope Gravel does an outstanding show.

I liked hearing Gravel's comments the other night. He was spot on, especially calling Obama out on leaving all options on the table.

But that tax plan is so anti-poor and pro-rich, it's nuts. A national sales tax? That would effectively push all the taxes onto the workers. The people who spend less of their income to support themselves would pay less tax.

A progressive tax system is the only fair way to go. The rich should pay a higher percentage.
