Forget everything else - bankers, military, shadowy networks of intelligence agents.

I wish more people would contribute pertinent articles and I also wish more people would comment.
I will continue to do my best, but I could die at any moment (or even lose my eyesight) - so we should pool our efforts.
It doesn't seem wise to have separate blogs that have to build readership separately, and in the event one person can't keep it up, all the readership is lost.
It's a serious problem that must be addressed.
That's the only way these media corporations succeed as well as they do - because they unite around one organizing principle - GREED (facilitated by blood MONEY).
We need to come up with a different (good) organizing principle - one that can sustain us without exploiting others.
We need a new currency and we need to UNITE.
I know that sounds a little weak when I haven't contributed yet, but meh...
I still contend that without the banks monopolizing worldly assets, the media couldn't operate like it does. The vast media monopolies we're dealing with couldn't have grown without this monetary infrastructure. I think it's because the media is much more visible by design that one would believe it's more important than other elements, but I could be wrong.
However, considering what influence financial coercion has on peasants' lives, I don't think so. Gotta work your job
from 9 til 5 (so that the leeches of usury can sap substantial fruits of your labor without starving you to death) and then, once you're home and don't want to be bothered by the gruesome real world, the tube'll feed you crap, for which you'll even be grateful. It's symbiotic.
How many people have you met that said something along the lines of "yeah, 9/11 sure appears to have been an inside job, but hey, what am I to do about it? I don't have time."?
It's a treadmill, with just enough free time allocation to keep the peasants halfway content so they'll keep still and too little spare time to sacrifice for getting informed, much less politically active, unless you really, really care. I don't think that's a coincidence...
So yeah, I maintain that the banks play a role just as integral as the media.

I'm glad this blog exists and I believe it is read more widely than you think.
I am also very pleased that you have stopped it from being hijacked by those whose main purpose was self promotion and distraction. I never believe in censoring, but it became clear that they were overwhelming the good discussions that take place here.
You're never going to know how strong you are until you repel an onslaught. Or what doesn't kill you, makes you stronger. I think qrs struck the right balance with letting it take place and cutting it off after it ran its course. It was good promotion as well. I would not be here unless that whole thing happened.

This place is very important as others have said. Important enough to have the SPECIAL treatment and survived. Now our works are going to just have to become that much more heartfelt.
The numbers of heads reading intently every byte of info posted on USER # 1's blog is immense. The importance of having a place for civil converse and debate should never be over looked or forgotten. Without this place our simple voices would be lost in the drone of paid liars.
