Chavez vs Bush: notes on Mercosur
Hugo Chavez has taken Venezuela completely out of the World Bank and the IMF. He wants to unite all of Central and South America into one trading bloc.
Bush and his cronies are trying to prevent this.
Details…
Mercosur is the largest trading block in South America. It forms the fourth largest economy in the world, after the European Union (EU), North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN).
Mercosur countries have more than 250 million people that collectively produce $1.1 trillion in goods and services each year, which is 75 percent of South America's GDP.
Of that, Venezuela contributes $157.9 billion (14.4 % of the total), while Brazil contributes $800 billion (72 percent of the total.)
Venezuela’s economy is comparatively small, yet Chavez has power because he has oil and natural gas, which Brazil and Argentina need.
The purpose of Mercosur is to promote authentic free trade.
Free trade is a good thing, provided it does not crush everyone with debt, or allow multi-national corporations to buy all national resources. Chavez' definition of free trade is the exact opposite of Bush's definition. Keep this is mind when you hear idiots on TV talk about "free trade."
Satan’s servants blast Chavez for opposing “free market capitalism,” but this is a lie. Chavez wants true free market capitalism, and true free trade that is not controlled by corrupt outsiders. Chavez is a “socialist,” meaning he opposes tyranny by the rich. Anyone who calls himself a socialist, but does not oppose the rich, is a liar.
Mercosur seeks to eliminate high tariffs, income inequalities, and conflicting technical requirements for bringing products to market.
It has five full members: Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay, and Venezuela.
It also has five associate members that cannot be full members, since they continue to obey Bush and his cronies. These include Chile, Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. They do not enjoy full voting rights, nor do they have complete access to the markets of Mercosur's full members. Colombian President Alvaro Uribe, for example, is a Bush puppet, and a champion of the World Bank and IMF.
Bolivia is being considered for full membership, since it has a lot of natural gas, but there’s a problem...
Bolivia is part of a smaller trading bloc called the Andean Community of Nations (CAN) -- another Bush puppet. CAN includes Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru. Mercosur does not permit its members to join CAN. When Venezuela joined Mercosur in 2004, it resigned from CAN. Bolivia must resign from CAN in order to join Mercosur, but Bolivia says it will not leave CAN. Therefore Chavez wants to bring all of CAN into Mercosur. Bush and his cronies are working to prevent this, but Brazil needs Bolivia’s natural gas. Hence Brazil wants Bolivia to join Mercosur.
Mexico has “observer status” in Mercosur. Mexico is a Bush puppet, but Mexico is important because it’s close to the USA. The people of Mexico want to join Mercosur, but rich Mexicans want to join Bush’s new arrangement in which Mexico, Canada, and the USA will become one country with one currency, the Amero.
Bush had earlier plans to create a Free Trade Agreement of the Americas, which would extend NAFTA to all of North and South America, and put over a billion people under one system ruled by the rich. However Mercosur defeated the FTAA in November 2005.
Mercosur has alleviated much of the poverty in South America caused by the World bank, the IMF, and multi-national corporations.
PROBLEM 1
Uruguay and Paraguay, Mercosur's smallest full members, say they want more out of Mercosur, but they have little to contribute into it. Mercosur imposes certain limitations of them because they continue to obey Bush. Uruguay even signed a Trade and Investment Framework Agreement (TIFA) with Bush, thus violating Mercosur's charter. The charter forbids bilateral agreements with non-member countries, such as the USA. Meanwhile Paraguay allowed Bush to build the Mariscal Estigarribia air base inside its borders.
PROBLEM 2
Chavez wants to create a Bank of the South to cut out private central bankers, thereby making South America truly independent. However this is not possible right now. Chavez knows that if he cuts out the private bankers, the bankers will instantly order a full-scale military invasion of Venezuela. Meanwhile the bankers are doing everything possible to create divisions within Mercosur. (The word “bankers” refers to the network of private central bankers that rule planet earth.)
PROBLEM 3
Argentina’s working and piquetero masses love Chavez, and Argentinean President Kirchner supports Mercosur. However Kirchner must also satisfy israel, plus Argentina’s 250,000 Jews. Kirchner himself is a zionist Jew, and like the rest of his kind, he despises Chavez. However, Argentina needs oil and natural gas from Chavez and from Bolivia. Bush and israel have been trying to increase Jewish control by claiming that Hezbollah operates out of Argentina. (!!!!!!!!!!)
Brazil’s president Lula da Silva has a lot of Jews he must satisfy as well. Jews in Brazil and Argentina are more zionist than even israelis.
PROBLEM 4
Colombian president Álvaro Uribe is a Bush puppet, but he also needs to trade with Chavez. For the time being, Mercosur gives Colombian products preferential access to Mercosur nations. When Uribe is gone, Columbia may be allowed to become a full member of Mercosur. Right now, Columbia has only “associate” status.
The chief export target of Mercosur as a whole is Europe. The European Union supports MERCOSUR, but the central bankers do not.
BOTTOM LINE
It would be nice if Mercosur had its own bank, and was able to include al of Latin America, but this is not yet possible. Patience is required. How much patience? The same patience that allowed private central bankers and multi-national corporations to gain so much power.
Change will come. It is inevitable.

The IMF will crush them all before they get to much power. That's what they do to everyone who stand's in their way.

It is not a problem.
Make a collective and simultaneous decision to sever connections with the two institutions. Withdraw the deposits in the IMF and use the funds to prepay the World Bank loans. New World Bank loans will not be beneficial anyhow as the Bank has degenerated into sheer nonsense.
If they orchestrate a run on your banks and your currencies react like Malaysia. I am sure that Malaysia would be pleased to share its experience from 1997 with other freedom loving countries.
Tell them that South America is not going to accept to be destroyed the way IMF destroyed Indonesia.
IMF actively created a panic by protracted "negotiations", which incidentally had nothing to do with the financial crisis and had everything to do with the financial, economic, and political "regime change", which was carefully drafted by the US and overseen by its warrior ambassador Wolfowitz, securing US trade political interests, (check the letters of intent yourselves). It took about nine months for Indonesia to obtain IMF disbursements just to reach amounts corresponding to the country's deposits in IMF!
If they start an currency attack on any of the Latin American countries, declare a moratorium on all foreign debt immediately, and tell them that orderly debt servicing will be arranged by the new Free Central Bank of South America. That will give the Bank a flying start!
The article indicates that a certain population group might pose a problem. That should not be difficult to deal with either. Many countries do not accept dual citizenships. Neither should the countries of South America.
Let these people chose whether they want to be Argentinian or whatever and be loyal to the country, which gracefully hosts them, or they want to be something else, but do not allow them a free ride on your economies and your people.
Be assertive! God bless you, you will prevail.
