Be useful to have a date on that car-crushing clip. That said, couple of points:
- When those Grunts were attempting to communicate with Iraqi soldiers, as a Brit. I would have great difficulty knowing what they were trying to say. Especially without frequent repetitions. For someone using English as a second language, I would say borderline impossible; 10% communication at best.
- By crushing his car, there's fair chance the taxi driver became a terrorist, or freedom fighter as it's sometimes called.
Imagine "Juba the Baghdad sniper" is having a detrimental effect on US troop morale in Iraq. So imagine what it's doing to relatives of troops serving in Iraq. Especially when they recognise the soldier being shot.
I realise you are still in denial, but eventually some semblance of reality will penetrate. You are the bad guys now. So grow a moustache, wear a black hat and suck it up.

Guess they just kinda forgot about the DUE PROCESS.
