The new Pew poll found that, while 80 percent of U.S. Muslims believe suicide bombings of civilians to defend Islam cannot be justified, fully 13 percent said they can be justified, at least rarely.
Worse, one in four younger American Muslims - those under 30 - find suicide bombings in defense of Islam "acceptable, at least in some circumstances."
They must have missed out on the "religion of peace" lessons.

There are a few articles that are more favorable to Muslims, like the Washington Post's Survey: US Muslims Assimilated, Opposed to Extremism and the Kansas City Star's Survey of US Muslims shows moderate views. But, by and large the majority of articles spin the Pew survey against Muslims.
This is serious business.
This is a concerted effort by the media to pit Americans against Americans.
What happens when Muslim Americans across the nation are targeted by deranged "patriots" who subscribe to pre-emptive attacks against their neighbors?
Then it will be too late to hold the media accountable for its reckless incitement of mindless hatred and intolerance among ordinary people just trying to live their lives.
