Karin Friedman details a conspiracy by rightwing Zionist groups in Boston to prevent the city's Muslims from worshipping freely at their own mosque. This article is especially good on the "David Project," among the ideologically more dangerous hate groups in the US. Friedman writes,

I was out looking for tyres for my car the other day - I was after cheap ones, and the only way I'll buy cheap tyres is if I can have a look at them first, to satisfy myself that they are worth paying money for - and I went into a tyre store where behind the counter there was a lady wearing a hijab. A guy leaning on the counter nodded at me (maybe they were Lebanese? I don't know), I told him what I wanted, he told me what he had, and I asked if I could have a look at the tyre he was proposing I buy. A wave of annoyance passed over the guy's face.
(Note, we were standing in a showroom that had about 100 shiny mag wheels on display, but not a single tyre was on display. I'd have though a business like that would sell more tyres than wheels, so it did strike me as odd that no tyres were on display).
So he went out back and got a tyre. I knew the tyre he showed me wasn't the cheapest tyre I could get, but it was the cheapest tyre he had, so after looking at it - it looked like a good tyre to me - I thanked him, and said I'd have a think about it. It wasn't just annoyance that passed over his face at this point. This guy obviously hated me now - there was frustration and hate written all over his face for a short moment.
My feeling was/is that he was hating me because I'm white.
I don't know their story. I can fully understand why an Arab might hate each and every white person in existence. But after being on the recieving end of it, I can attest to the fact that it is both destructive and self-destructive. If he is angry at white people for the right reasons - for all the colonialism, exploitation and killing Anglos are responsible for in the ME - then he had no idea that I was potentially a firm ally. And if I were far from being sympathetic to the Muslim/Arab point of view, then he is only providing confirmation for my view that I'm right to be wary of Arabs/Muslims and unsympathetic to their cause.

I can understand why you would walk away with that feeling - that he hated you because you are white.
I suspect, however, that he was probably pissed about a multitude of other things (mostly personal and financial) and going through the trouble of serving a non-paying customer was more than he could handle.
I also suspect that a person like him does not really like people in general and when someone walks through the door of his business, to him they either have dollar signs on their foreheads or they have big "X"s for "waste of time."
He also probably doesn't have much faith in God, notwithstanding his protestations to the contrary.
He probably shouldn't be in the business of interacting with people, having such an inhospitable personality. God knows he gives Arabs and Muslims a bad name.
Of course, I have no way of knowing one way or another what this guy's problem is, but i would bet that it has little if anything to do with you personally.

The debt is not linked to the fact that they are workers rather than self-employed. The debt is solely a result of the fractional-reserve for-private-profit debt-based money scam.

I just know they are getting paid to do this. It's a strong feeling I have.
