Guilty?
Bollyn is one of our best researchers on 9/11, having been in N.Y. on the day of the attacks, and having his doubts, he began his research on the alleged Muslim terrorist plot immediately. His articles nearly always show solid proof of not only controlled demolition of the 3 buildings in Manhattan, but also of an undeniable link between 9/11 and top level Zionists.
Recently charged, and found guilty, of aggravated assault and resisting arrest, Mr. Bollyn now faces up to one year in Jail. As he tells it, undercover officers in an unmarked car, displaying no clothing or badges that represented them as part of the police force, came to his house and assaulted him after he had bicycled to the local corner store to call 911 to report the very same vehicle as appearing suspicious in his neighborhood. As the authorities tell the story, Bollyn was drunk, confrontational, and they had to pin him down, tazer him, kneel on his head and arm, and arrest him, just to keep him under control. They even say his wife claimed she had a badge displayed to her.
The first question we should ask is why? Why would the police force send the very same car that Bollyn was worried about to his house? Obviously this dispatch would further his suspicion about that selfsame vehicle and its occupants. Whether or not Bollyn was intoxicated that day should not be such a huge issue. (Bollyn maintains he was not.) He was not driving a car, he was at his own home, and where I come from, if you get arrested one of the first things they ask you is,
“Are you willing to take a drug test?”
Especially if they suspect you are intoxicated. So if Bollyn was intoxicated, why don’t the police have his breathalyzer test as evidence? Maybe in the Chicago suburbs’ the laws are not the same as where I live. Still, wouldn’t common sense and police efficiency still demand that Bollyn be tested for alcohol and drugs?

Being his writing is critical of Zionism, the ADL and other pro-Zionist groups have condemned Bollyn as an anti-Semite. Bollyn even said that his lawyer heard some of the prosecution say that they were going to appoint special attorneys to try his case, because of his writings. It certainly appears that that is exactly what has happened.
Christopher Bollyn, regardless of his drinking habits, needs our support. He does excellent work. In my opinion he is one of the only old fashioned, hard researching, fact finding reporters we have in this fight for truth. We should support him with letters, with money, with e-mails, with phone calls, and by distributing his writings and interviews for our fellow citizens to review and judge for themselves.
We will all have plenty of time in the upcoming months to gossip about who we think is the biggest shill, who has the worst temper, who is the biggest liar, and who does the best job exposing Zionist crimes, but for now lets put all that aside and give Christopher and his family the support they need to get his appeal rolling, and hopefully avoid some undeserved jail time, simply for being willing to call the police and report a suspicious car in his neighborhood.
Or you can believe the “anti-NWO” side show put on by Alex Jones, Michael Piper, Mark Glen, and the rest of these alleged truthers that never said a word in Bollyn’s favor leading up to his trial, but as soon as he was found guilty, as a group they came out smearing him on the radio, spreading rumors, linking to articles slanted towards the “official” story, and most importantly, linking to each other. Most people here at WUFYS are suspicious of official stories. Why not this one?
I agree. Very suspicious how the recent spate of stories smearing Bollyn came out so perfectly timed - just when Bollyn was on trial and needed the support.
People should beware of ad-hominem attacks on Bollyn. They can read his work and decide for themselves.
But i would suggest that Bollyn be careful about people who may befriend him only to set him up for the purpose of a smearing campaign. I find Daryl Bradford Smith's rant about Jesus to be suspicious. Also DBS's website is borderline anti-Jewish. While most of the NWO thugs may be Jewish, demonizing all Jews is definitely not useful (for instance see Henry Makow's useful work on his savethemales.ca website - Makow is Jewish).In fact, such demonization may indeed be a NWO scheme to undermine the credibility of their opponents.
Chris Bollyn, don't lose heart. You have a lot of admirers all over the world. Thank you for your role in the vanguard of the global resistance. This attack on you will only make you more visible and will boomerang on the NWO.

In response i will state that i have for some time been seeing Daryl's actions in the Publicity Stunt Department steadily increase in severity and frequency. Chris is the free hand to fill the martyr body double of Daryl that can be used to do damage control to a I am the witless indoctrination programs lack of results and dwindling downloaders coming in to fetch files. Change is as good as a rest is the idea. The one thing i would like to know is Just what is the reason Smith is telling everyone to help out Bollyn? Just what is it that the average joe going to do to help him? Is a bunch of E-Mails going to get him off? Are you thinking that if enough of your followers make calls to the judge Chris is going to take a powder on his charges? now if this was a story that may have been mis reported i could give Chris a lot of doubt. Unfortunately, the general public has very little information on the Bollyn trail. To be honest, I am a bit confused with some of the “facts”. Maybe someone out there can set me straight? Bollyn calls 911 to report a “suspicious” vehicle trolling around his neighborhood. Apparently the “suspicious” vehicle was a police unit investigating drug related activities in the general vicinity. The police department sends the “suspicious” vehicle to Bollyn’s house to investigate Bollyn’s 911 call. The Chicago Tribune reports that an inebriated Bollyn confronts the tactical unit on his front yard. How do we know Bollyn is inebriated? But wait a minute? Why would a drug unit interrupt their investigation over a suspicious car report? Why would the police send the same officers that Bollyn reported to 911 dispather to investigate the compliant? Again this special unit was investigating drug activity!
A drunken Bollyn becomes confrontational with heavily armed men. Sure I could see this. Bollyn’s blood in pumping with liquid courage and he feels threaten on his own property. But where are blood alcohol test results to back up the police claims? Where is the police squad car video? Bollyn claims he was sober. He also claims that the police destroyed the squad car video.
Why was bollyn being arrested? What was the charge? The man was on his property?
Please someone explain this stuff to me? On the other hand, Daryl Bradford Smith makes some interesting points. Where is the support from the Truth Movement? Bollyn broke the “Dancing Israelis” story. This is an important part of the 911 evidence picture. Where are all the conspiracy theorist? Their silence is deafening.
One more thing, Smith is a bit of jerk but his research is excellent. His work is crossed referenced and seems to explain a lot about the current state of affairs.
Very interesting, courageous and outspoken American. I have no doubt that it is his open accusations against the Israel lobby and the Israeli involvement in 9/11 that are causing him all these problems. It's a fact that people in the US although they most often agree with what Bollyn says, are simply scared to openly and publicly talk about the Israel lobby and make clear cut accusations against it... because they are afraid to end up like Bollyin right now. I can't blame them, but this is a vicious circle for Americans and it certainly is an infringment on freedom of speech and on American national security.

As to the breathalyser, the charge was not driving under the influence, but aggravated assault and resisting arrest.
There was no conspiracy by the police to "get" Bollyn.
Good points by Masher re Daryl. I suspect there are two Daryls. One is the agent in France who fires off the two-sentence replies to emails, and whose IPs trace back to Wanadoo, France Telecom. The other is the guy whose voice we know on the audio files, who is probably based in California not too far away from Eric Hufschmid, and very likely posts under various pseudonyms on the internet. That would explain why he refuses to use Skype. So the Californian Daryl would have been apologising for his French counterpart's error over the "Jesus abortion" email.
Smith's operation could be designed to provide the Zionists with a means of rounding up patriots outside of the Muslim community as "terrorist sympathisers" and "insurgents", as well as orchestrating a "new Pearl Harbor" as a casus belli for an invasion of Iran. From their previous form, the Zionists would clearly consider exploiting a man who is a CIA asset, reputedly living abroad, with liver problems, who could be promoted as the "leader" of the insurgents.
One way of obtaining names and addresses of the patriots would involve exploiting a man with a drink habit and a paranoid personality who had instigated a clash between himself and his local police. The patriots would be tricked into donating to this man's "legal fund", and the "leader", Daryl Smith, would make broadcasts calling on his followers to "buy guns" and move against the Zionists.
After having the Mossad stage a false-flag attack on American soil, the authorities would round up those who had contributed to Bollyn's fund and had recently bought guns. TFC broadcasts would be cited as "evidence" of Daryl's "orchestration" of the terrorist act. Like Osama, Daryl would have been offered the job because he is said to be weakening and, sadly, "slowly dying".
The authorities would announce that Daryl Smith had fled from France to Iran - possibly having been "backed" by the Iranians - and an invasion was necessary in order to capture him. Of course, after regime change, security breakdown, and incipient civil war, the Zionists would say that getting Daryl was not really a priority. After a few years, they would hope that everyone had forgotten that he had never been found, dead or alive.
The advantage of Daryl never having shown his face would mean that they could have an actor play him just before the 2012 elections, for example, in a video handed over to Al Jazeera. They could use a pre-recorded audio track of Daryl's voice with the actor miming along to the years-old tape, even when Daryl was dead but still, like Osama, a CIA / Zionist asset. Characteristically, the video would be of poor quality, like that of Mohammed Siddique Khan, and possibly with the video and audio out of sync like the Abu Musab al-Zarqawi beheadings, to try to cover up the miming actor.
If Smith repeats his call to arms - or even advises folk to obtain explosives!! - I would suggest those who contributed to Bollyn's fund should try to establish alibis where possible.

On Smith's May 19 broadcast, he clearly called on people to buy guns (3:10) including rifles, shotguns, or the means to produce one, adding "Buy anything you need to defend yourself, arm yourself against potential government criminals." At 8:10 he says "...that when tyranny arrives at our doorstep, we all have to stand up." Then (9:35) "I urge every single person to finally begin to take a different kind of stand now. No more backing down." And (15:15) "It's time for us to say 'enough is enough'."
I know Smith said at the start "do not be violent". But given the hysterical nature of Smith's rant and the government's eagerness to pin crimes on patsies with the flimsiest of 'evidence', it is not too unreasonable to imagine that the Zionists might stage another Murrah Building-style incident, cherry-pick quotes from Smith's audio, and arrest some of Smith's followers for interpreting "anything you need to defend yourself against government criminals" as explosives. After images of grieving relatives and the demolished building had been plastered over the mainstream media, further arrests of Smith's followers would ensue, lest they should choose to "defend themselves against government criminals" or "take a different kind of stand."

That would be assuming the "two Daryls" theory, which cannot be conclusively ruled out by anyone who is not connected with Daryl. You said:

It was Bollyn who called 911 and asked the cops to call at his home, it was Bollyn who waved his fist in an officer's face, it was Bollyn who yelled at the police that he was going to "get his reinforcements" and then turned away to enter his house after the police had been attempting to prevent the situation from escalating. For all the cops knew, he could have been going to get a gun and they were therefore in lethal danger.
The "aggravated" nature of the assault stems from the threat of a lethal weapon. Generally, aggravated assault is a felony, but the Chicago Tribune reported that "Christopher Bollyn, 50, was found guilty of misdemeanor aggravated assault and resisting arrest after a four-day trial in the Rolling Meadows branch of Cook County Circuit Court."
Bollyn's previous criminal record included two convictions for theft out of California in 1981, although information is not available as to whether the sums involved were over the $400 or $500 limit to qualify as a felony.

As the criminal law evolved, element 1 was weakened in most jurisdictions so that a reasonable fear of bodily injury would suffice.
Re modern American statutes:
Some states also define assault as an attempt to menace (or actual menacing) by placing another person in fear of imminent serious bodily injury.
So it would seem that Illinois could be one of those states.
Apart from the cops, they had the testimony of Bollyn's wife and neighbor(s). Bollyn himself did not dispute that he had turned away to go into his home. He claimed videotape evidence was "destroyed"; is there any independent corroboration of that?
Interesting if true, but seeing as the whole incident was obviously a Zionist-staged stunt intended to promote Bollyn as a "martyr", the prosecutors could also be "part of the lie". It seems that the Bollyns wanted to make sure Christopher was convicted. Otherwise, why did Helje admit that an officer had displayed a badge? I suggest they are getting quite a substantial sum for their role in the matter.

I submit the arrest incident was probably Eric's idea, after Bollyn's cover had been blown at AFP and the Danner hoax was floundering. Eric and Christopher would have known that the Hoffman Estates police used unmarked cars, and note how often Eric suggests that a person is "suspicious" for having "mysterious" links with someone else, or an event is "suspicious" for no good reason.
So Eric would have come up with the idea of a "suspicious" car as the pretext which would allow Bollyn to call 911. They decided to pretend one of these unmarked cars seemed "suspicious" to Bollyn. Having less distance to travel, there was a good chance that Hufschmid / Bollyn would hit the jackpot and the "suspicious" car would arrive first.
Bollyn's next job was to present himself as a belligerent, paranoid nutjob, to put the icing on the cake of his "anti-Semitic conspiracy theorist" persona that had been promoted by CNN, Paula Zahn and the ADL. He would provoke the police and continue to escalate the confrontation, so blatantly that even his young daughter would warn, "Daddy, they might arrest you!"
Bollyn would wave his fist at the cops, then imply he was going to get a gun by yelling at them about "going to get his reinforcements". He would turn to go into the house, leaving the reluctant cops with no choice but to tackle him. He would then continue to struggle in order to ensure charges were brought, with resisting arrest added to aggravated assault. If they tased him, so much the better, as he had some articles prepared and it would help to promote him as an "anti-Zionist martyr". He could always pretend to have a 'broken' arm, too, and use promotional photos of him with an arm in a sling. Helje's testimony would have to confirm that police badges were displayed. The Bollyns would get laundered Zionist Mafia money, channelled from overseas, allowing them to continue living the high life after Christopher had served any sentence.
I doubt that Bollyn was really intoxicated. The cops probably though that only someone who was under the influence, or was a total idiot, would be looking for a confrontation with them.
The Zionists are smarting because so few have fallen for their deceptions involving Bollyn, Smith and Hufschmid.

A judge issued a warrant today for the arrest of Christopher Lee Bollyn, the one-time Hoffman Estates mayoral candidate convicted by a jury in June of resisting arrest and aggravated assault.
Bollyn, 50, was scheduled to be sentenced this morning, but never showed in court.
Cook County Judge Hyman Riebman issued the no-bond warrant about an hour after the scheduled court time.
