The pictures aren't working - pity.
I saw a picture last year when Bush visited Russia. Putin was showing George to the dining table. Putin was as sharp as a tack, and George was absolutely sozzled.
Maybe Putin had his drink spiked. Don't see how George would get into that state voluntarily. Quite likely they had a knee-slappin' laugh about it afterwards.
I'll have to try to find that photo...
