I can't tell you with enough vigor that running from a conviction like this one is just going to anger the man that will pass your sentence.

If you cause this Judge to have to continue this case any farther than the end of the month you will not like the results of making this man expend further monies and resources on your capture.

Some seem to think that Chris is somehow being railroaded. This is from what i heard not what 17 folks said about his case in court. If Chris had posted the official transcript he received i would have had a FAR different view of the events and would have been able to defend or not Chris with the facts. But none were proffered for our consideration.

If he was defendable we would had done so. But the hiding of this key bit of official data he was given was VERY telling hours after he was convicted.

If i though the court screwed me i would INSTANTLY post the transcript if for no other reason than to access some free legal advice from supporters and civic minded helpers. So it looks odd at least that he hid the text of the trial and the details relayed by the participants.

Me i can't wait for the Cop to say HIS piece about the behaviors of Chris that night. I think he will add confirmation to the idea that Bollyn wanted to get tasered or EVEN ENJOYED the event and went the extra mile to further provoke the man further AFTER his taseing causing his broken shoulder. I have seen PCP rage and can tell you it is the most scary you will ever see a human being EVER. Was this what was going on A masochistic Bollyn is willing to do it and gets a hand with the fixup Hercules shot and presto a Publicity Stunt to provoke the appearance of Brutal Official mistreatment of Bollyn in front of his family no less and attempting to Martyr Bollyn and somehow restore some of Chris's creditability.

The Statements attributed to his child made me thing of a mild PCP dosing to make the event even more scary to the cop forced into responding to Chris's 911 call he made from the 7/11 store AFTER leaving his wife and child at home.

In my days i have seen Thousands of interactions between drunks and cops and unless the drunk strikes the cop nothing much goes on other than a trip to the tank for the drunk. Folks that are drugged and look it? Well lets just say most cops with guns looking at the raged out appearance of a UNKNOWN person Are not too shy about pointing the iron to shunt any foolish thinking. The cops here will squirt you first. You go pissing around AFTER that and they do tent to get a tad motivated to protect there person. Get too far out of line and they may even let one of the PUPPIES chew you a bit to dull that fight reflex crap then the buzzed out drunk goes to the tank all BIT up.

The transcript would have shut me up IF it could. So his not giving it ot us to use to defend him ALSO makes us look at Bollyn as a guilty person hiding the proof of his guilt.

And yes i did think Bollyn was dusted. Those cops were reacting to SOMETHING. I think the police even mention in trial about the possibility of a "Dusted" looking Bollyn. I only think this because of the child's reported statements.

If in fact this is crap as Grim says then Chris is just going to have to post the proof otherwise or continue to look guilty.

Say what? He fled the law. What does he need a legal defense fund for? And again, if the Homeland Security, the ADL and the Jewish Judge Riebman were so hot for putting him in jail, why did Judge Riebman give Bollyn fully two weeks to flee? Why were not these "Homeland Security" Hoffman Estates police not monitering his home and his comings and goings?

Bollyn's account of his being harassed by the ADL just doesn't add up!

Here’s something else that’s confusing. Why is DBS saying that the reason Chris was convicted was because he didn’t get enough help, and then Chris prints this:

Make up your mind Chris, did you get support or not? Oh, I get it, tons of support “from around the world,” but none at home. Go figure. BTW, court is not exactly a rah rah session, so how he would know his supporters from his detractors is beyond me. I guess the "ADL agents" wear armbands. Why would it matter? It isn’t the amount of people on your side in a court room that gets you off the hook.

He had to know his lawyer's strategy before going into trial. If he didn’t like the strategy, he could have found another lawyer who would fight the case the way he wanted. Also, he can have a judge dismissed once for no reason and other judges for cause. If he is writing “anti-semitic” articles, then they could bring up the point that having a jewish judge would be prejudicial. This is stupid.

BTW, most decent countries don’t provide asylum for convicted criminals. So I really don’t know where he plans to go. Not to mention how he will enroll his kids in school when he's on the lamb.

I'm a fan of DBS. He's one of those creative types who never really cared much for the academic side of things. Unfortunately, you have to be on the gifted side of things to really get much out of what he says.

This Chris Bollyn thing is staged. I can tell by what DBS wrote on the subject, but didn't come up with or surmise.

Let's say I was a sayanim who made a huge screw up like the JonBenet Ramsey murder story plot. Let's say my mistake caused people to stray into an area that was even worse than that story and the ratings on it were growing. You need fire retardant. You need it fast and that's what Chris Bollyn is. I don't know all of Bollyn's pitching schedule, but whatever he was on needed a coat of smothering something awfully bad. Since it wasn't college students-oriented, I doubt it was 9/11.

What do you disown your brother for? There's always the horror stuff, sure. There's no evidence of that here. Bollyn has some criminal convictions going back to the early 80's. If his brother thought he was a bum then, how's that news now?

How's this though. You haven't seen your brother in a while. He's in the bucks and he showers you and yours with gifts. Then you find out how he got all of it.
