The Problem of Cold River (Nahar al Barid)
So....since we are being a bit provocative right now (me)...let us discuss the aspect of religious affiliation of those who support the US/Zionist plan inside of Lebanon shall we?
I mean...it is only fair because when we (as in this particular collective of bloggers and pseudo bloggers) discuss the Zionist problem we usually assign them to the category of a religious group. Do we not?
They are Jewish.
Recently I formed a nice little relationship with a literary critic and poet who happens to be Jewish (oh Rhiannon will just get all burned up inside over that one). And he took a slight bit of offense at my openly hostile attitude towards Israeli land rights and certain Biblical references to their expulsion from Palestine proper. Well...he asked a good question:
Show me where they were told to leave.
I said...well why bother.
I said: Show me where they were given the right to exile it's current residents.
And then I told this nice Jewish man whom I hope to be friends with that the fact of the matter is...the JEWS did that to me and my family. It is simply a fact.
Then we got off and to a good start I might add. I look forward to his letters...the secret life and inspiration of poets you see...makes great books after we are very much dead. We keep those letters and when we are like me...we tend to believe we have participated in a great conflict and that makes an average poet, a great one. But only when they die...especially when they are like me and on the wrong side of the political fence.
So....when we discuss this particular fitna called Cold River (in English)...is it not important that we discuss the fact that Sayyed Nasrallah...when he "supports" the Sunni Palestinians...he is not supporting their Sunni doctrine. He is supporting the Islamic umma and brotherhood of all muslims.
THAT does not mean it is necessarily reciprocated as the two brave little soldiers comprising Rhiannon's cult believe to be the case (her and one Ms. Sirry who has chosen her side and not very well I might add)...not at all. It says nothing about the Sunni attitude towards us or their special inability to tolerate us in places like Saudi Arabia or hey...right here on this message board.
Probably because we do the straight talk. You see...they who love Ali abi Taleb...must also love what he said (peace and blessings upon him and his progeny). And what did he say?
Nothing good about the forefathers of Sunni Islam I assure you. Actually...he was quite direct about it even though he was unfailingly kind to the misfits of early Islam (the not so rightly guided first three Caliphs may Allah have mercy upon them).
So...the very knowledgable ex Sayyeds of religion (the Jews) have formed a plan (did Allah not say in the Quran that they would?) in which the Sunni Palestinians and the Shia Lebanese would be tested one against the other.
So...who do you suppose cooperated with this nasty little plan up in Cold River? And is it not very, very appropriate to name them by their sectarian affiliations? Just like "we" do the Jews?
Absolutely.
The Sunni son of the murdered Rafic Hariri (who sic the son not the father, is rumoured to have actually paid for the formation of the Fatah al Islam fighter group from his very own Saudi lined gilt pocketbook) and the Sunni Prime Minister...one Fouad Siniora.
Well. Siniora may not be so bad but he certainly isn't a very wise man. He didn't listen to his Shia advisor (noting that Ali abi Taleb served in this role to the not so rightly guided first three Caliphs may Allah have mercy upon their souls). And those not so rightly guided Caliphs DIDN'T listen either...seems to be a Sunni trait. So Sayyed Nasrallah did the same and acted as an advisor, not a seat grabbing politician (because all of his strategies are rooted DEEPLY in Shia doctrine).
Afterall we must face this fact..if Siniora had sent the Lebanese Army into battle against Israel..we'd have had a far different outcome like this non-outcome in Cold River which has done nothing but destroy the homes of the SUNNI Palestinian brothers of the two Sunni leaders in Lebanon who have done more damage than just about anyone in recent memory to Lebanon by engaging a foreign fighter group who is no doubt, covertly supported by the USA just as the Sunni group called the TALIBAN was back when Osama was just knee high to a gracehoper. And STOKE anti Sunni sentiment and anti Shia sentiment against one another...in other words...Siniora perhaps knew that the Lebanese Army was completely unprepared to fight the mighty US/Zionist war regime and kept them out of battle. Much to their chagrin I might add as the Lebanese Army is comprised of a majority of Shia youths...some of them no doubt are active in Hezbollah as are so many young men where I "supposedly" own a house...even a few in my very own tribal group ladies. A few I know by name Rhiannon.

...so...Nasrallah did an Ali abi Taleb (pbuh) and gave very good advice to not attack this group (Fatah al Islam) and instead do what muslims are told to do IN THE QURAN and INVESTIGATE first.
And these two Sunnis didn't listen.
And here we are. Fair is fair.
The Cold River disaster is to be blamed on Sunni politicians as much as the Zionist disaster is attributed to the religious subsect of Islam called:
Judaism.
