Mark Lane's connection to Army intelligence will mean nothing to you unless you realize:
1) Lots of the people who lie about 9/11 and Zionism are in (or were in) the intelligence agencies, such as Army Intelligence, Navy Intelligence, the FBI, and the CIA.
Once somebody gets to a certain level in these agencies and is exposed to their secrets, they never actually leave.

I have a simpler way - and I did in fact already suggest this to your colleague, the eccentric Mr Hufschmid - the man to examine is the eminense grise in Willis Carto's life, the man to whom Carto can clearly deny nothing (and it isn't sex, look at them, it must be security related) - Gregory Douglas, aka Walter Storch, aka Peter Ludwig Stahl.
My guess is that this man of many names is protected by German intelligence, in the first place, because of his function as a two-way conduit between them and the global community of 'world war two enthusiasts', as the polite term has it.

Is Mark Lane a Zionist lawyer in control of patriot groups? The short answer is no. People such as Mike Piper have refuted the claim. But take a look at TFC's 'evidence'.
TFC's thesis is that Mark Lane is a "Zionist" because he once shared a plane with Jane Fonda, in 1970. As evidence, the TFC crew have a photo. And it's true that Jane Fonda did share a plane with a Mark Lane.
However, Jane Fonda is neither Jewish...

Jane Fonda was forced to leave a march marking the 34th anniversary of Israel today when Jewish Defense League protesters shouted and waved signs at her.
Gov. Edmund G. Brown Jr., Mayor Tom Bradley and Tom Hayden, Miss Fonda's husband, all candidates facing June primary contests in California, stayed in the march.
The incident began as the actress spoke at a rally before the march. A group of hecklers, shouting that Miss Fonda supported the Palestine Liberation Organization, raised signs reading, ''Fonda is a knife in Israel's back.''
Miss Fonda ''thought it best to leave'' to avoid a dispute, a spokesman said later, noting that the actress had been invited to be the keynote speaker by the Jewish Federation Council.

According to Terminally Fuzzy Cuckoo (TFC) 'logic', someone who shares a plane with a non-Jewish non-Zionist is automatically a Zionist.
It will come as something of a surprise to the millions who have ever flown and who believed themselves to be non-Zionists, that they suddenly became Zionists as they entered the aircraft. When all but one of the passengers had "switched states", there would be one remaining non-Zionist. However, if 99% of aircraft passengers were Zionists, there would be many more instances of bombs left in planes, or sabotaged aircraft, so they would quickly have to switch back to their original non-Zionist state in a puff of TFC's 'logic'.
The key to the "Mark Lane is a Zionist" nonsense is that it's actually Eric Hufschmid's theory. Anyone with even a passing acquaintance with Hufschmid and Bollyn's work will realise that Hufschmid authored the article, and Bollyn's name was affixed in a desperate attempt to lend it a morsel of credibility.
Hufschmid and Smith's operation is designed to tarnish anti-Zionist truth seekers by association with cranks and crackpots.
