London Synagogue gets same status as Stonehenge
Britain declared the New West End Synagogue in London a national monument on Tuesday, putting it in the same category as Buckingham Palace and Stonehenge.
The decision means the British government will henceforth be responsible for the synagogue's upkeep, and the Jewish community can request state funding for any necessary renovations.
* * * "We're happy and excited," said the synagogue's rabbi, Geoffrey Shisler. "Above all, the decision proves that the British government recognizes the Jewish contribution to the kingdom's history."
I bet they're "happy and excited". Why wouldn't they be?
Tax payers foot the bill. They get the benefits.
But, as an American, what Brits do and do not maintain out of their tax money is none of my business. In fact, it doesn't bother me that a religious structure should benefit from tax-payer funds, as a matter of principle (although I'm sure it bothers others and I would be curious to know how many churches and mosques qualify to receive British government funds for their maintenence). However, I do have a problem with the neverending display of zionist double standards around the world.
For example, contrast the great lengths zionists will go to preserve their zionist heritage, culture and structural institutions (this particular synagogue has strong historical ties to zionism), while simultaneously going to great lengths to destroy those of other civilizations, religions and cultures.
For example, Iraq, a country whose ministries and museums were looted and destroyed for no apparent reason just weeks into the invasion in 2003, is an exemplary case in point of zionist plots to destroy competing civilizations.
On April 14, Robert Fisk filed a report in the Independent. In it he wrote that, “After days of arson and pillage, here’s a short but revealing scorecard.US troops have sat back and allowed mobs to wreck and then burn the Ministry of Planning, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Irrigation, the Ministry of Trade, the Ministry of Industry, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Information. They did nothing to prevent looters from destroying priceless treasures of Iraq’s history in the Baghdad Archaeological Museum and in the museum in the northern city of Mosul, or from looting three hospitals.
The Americans have, though, put hundreds of troops inside two Iraqi ministries that remain untouched—and untouchable—because tanks and armoured personnel carriers and Humvees have been placed inside and outside both institutions. And which ministries proved to be so important for the Americans?
Why, the Ministry of Interior, of course—with its vast wealth of intelligence information on Iraq—and the Ministry of Oil. The archives and files of Iraq’s most valuable asset—its oilfields and, even more important, its massive reserves—are safe and sound, sealed off from the mobs and looters, and safe to be shared, as Washington almost certainly intends, with American oil companies.”
Similarly, the recent deliberate targeting and destruction of an ancient mosque in Beit Hanun by isreal and the disaster they visited upon the nation of Lebanon are excellent examples of how zionists set out to plunder, destroy and literally wipe off the face of the earth, traces of civilizations and cultures other than their own.
This is the zionist modus operandi and part of their masterplan - institutionalize the preservation and protection of their own zionist culture while planning and orchestrating the wholesale destruction and prevention of the rise of any competing culture or civilization that might offer an alternative to their own cultural hegemony.
In essence, they create a worldwide cultural monopoly in which human beings are born into a uni-cultural world dominated by the only civilization that still stands - a civilization ruled by zionists.
I do not know the age and cultural value of the London synagogue, but I know that Israel destroys churches and mosques in Palestine.
It was also mentioned recently on this blog that Israel has started negotiations with the Vatican on the subject of introduction of property taxes.
The article did not mention anything about Israel taking over the financial burden of the upkeep of the churches etc. as part of the taxation deal, but that information might have been omitted by mistake!
Another thing which might have been forgotten in the report on the elevation of the London synagogue to Stonehenge status is the issue of how much tax the synagogue pays for its premises...
Why are we so bloody stupid? Of course it is always rewarding to trick money out of the Goyim, but I am sure that the biggest satisfaction comes from making the Goyim demonstrate that they are despicable cattle.
