Iran sanctions ‘very good for israel’
No Kidding.
This ought to lay to rest any cockamamie idea that sanctions against Iran benefits anyone more than it does israel.
Israel’s Ambassador to the United Nations, Dan Gillerman, has said that yesterday’s approval of sanctions against Iran by the U.N. Security Council is very good for Israel.
Mr. Gillerman did not attend the meeting, as he wanted to demonstrate that this vote was not primarily relevant to Israel, although he received constant updates as it went on.
What a sneaky, delusional little SOB. He thinks he can fool the whole world by staying home and making believe that he doesn't care.
If I recall correctly, another israeli official had the same reaction when asked how he felt about the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center.
Mr. Gillerman told the NRG website that “we should be very happy. This evening, Iran has joined the honored and exclusive club of nations that are under U.N. Security Council sanctions.”
Although the sanctions will be very light, they are definitely a dramatic step in international policy toward Iran. This step received unanimous approval, even from the United States, France, Russia, China, and Qatar.
And all at the behest of a tiny little country about the size of New Jersey.
Totally amazing.
And you want me to believe that this isn't a conspiracy?

On the day of the 9-11 attacks, former Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was asked what the attacks would mean for US-Israeli relations. His quick reply was: "It's very good…….Well, it's not good, but it will generate immediate sympathy (for Israel)"
