This is why the following is so ludicrous and such an injustice:
I go on trial on August 20, 2007 before Judge Kazmierski in room 702 of the criminal court building at 26th and California on two counts of felony battery to a correctional officer alleged to have occurred on May 16, 2005. Parking meters are along 26th street and on the street behind the parking building across the street from the criminal court building. Only staff are allowed to park in the parking building. I am alleged to have "rammed my wheelchair into Sgt. Salemi, skinning his shins" and "leaned back in my wheelchair raising both legs and kicking him in the chest with my RIGHT leg causing soreness to the chest." I am disabled, usually walk with a cane due to a partial paralysis of the right leg, permanent damage to the spinal cord resulting in difficulties with balance and other symptoms. This occurred while I was confined to a wheelchair, because I was extremely weak due to a dry hunger strike of six days (except for about 10 oz of water total and a half of one meal) where I was protesting their refusal to allow me to arrange for the care of my disabled father, their refusal to give me medication prescribed by my physicians, their refusal to let me have paper and pen so I could contact the court and appeal the criminal contempt sentence for which I was in jail, and in general protest to the injustice of the fraudulent incarceration. Possible sentence is anything from probation to five years in prison. My bail was set at $100,000, despite the court declaring me indigent (due to catastrophic medical and legal issues).
My attorney Mr. Albukerk asks that as many persons attend the trial as possible as juries think you're guilty if no one supports you.
This testimony will be difficult for me due to the following: I suffer from flashbacks due to post-traumatic-stress disorder, because I have problems with terror when suffocating. I was abused, in February 2002, when Dr. Daniel Girzadas Jr, an emergency medicine physician at Advocate Christ Hospital illegally tied me down while I was suffocating from an asthma attack. This was exacerbated by several instances of police brutality and medical neglect where I was restrained and denied my medication resulting in severe asthma attacks and the terror of feeling I was suffocating, one time when I suffered a respiratory arrest.
He falsely alleged I was delusional because I said I was a witness against Gov. Ryan (recently convicted in federal court of corruption) and because I said that corrupt officials in Chicago were retaliating against me. (I testified in federal court in a written declaration, in a class action suit, against Gov. Ryan, Mario v. Ryan, because he cut 73 million dollars from the budget for handicapped kids' services - which was mandated to be spent by federal law. We won) I am a federal witness against corrupt officials in Illinois. I and a network of whistle blowers have over the last five years turned over evidence to the FBI and U.S. Attorney of fraud and corruption perpetrated by Illinois, Cook County, and Chicago officials.
Dr. Daniel Girzadas Jr., the son of the former President of the Board of Directors at Advocate Christ Hospital is presently defending a malpractice suit I have against him and the State of Illinois Human Rights Authority SUSTAINED my complaint against him for violation of mental health laws in Illinois for using restraints and injections of psychotropic drugs illegally. He had falsely assumed I was delusional when I said I was a witness against Gov. Ryan.
I am still fighting the false revocation of my staff privileges at Advocate Christ Hospital, in retaliation for my complaints, that destroyed my career in medicine and livelihood due to this criminal act and malpractice perpetrated by Christ Hospital and its staff and the resulting defamation of character.
Advocate Health and Hospital Corporation is the fourth largest health care corporation in the U.S. and the largest in Illinois. There is lots of corporate corruption there to uncover and they had to shut me up in my complaints about their violation of laws (more later). They violate not for profit hospital laws by denying mental health care to persons on Medicaid (public health insurance for indigent persons, they discriminate against the poor in poorly funding their hospitals in poor neighborhoods, and they violate the rights of alleged mental health patients with illegal restraints and illegal administration of psychotropic drugs.
This produced post-traumatic-stress disorder where I suffer from intense nighttime and daytime (flashbacks) dreams where I relive the events and am not aware of my surroundings (an altered state of consiousness).
The fact is that Sgt. Salemi attacked me in jail. He lunged at me, grabbing my throat when I was in the wheelchair. The wheelchair lurched backwards due to the force of his attack. This surprised him and he stumbled falling on the footrests and skinning his shins. There was a brief struggle where I tried to get his arm off of my throat. I didn't scream or make a sound as I was unable to breath. He then grabbed my left arm and the wheelchair and ripped the wheelchair (it had no arms on it) out from under me flipping me onto the floor and against the bed railing (that Cermak unit had hospital beds with metal railings). I landed on my knees and hands. I suffered extensive contusions of the back of my thighs and my right inner thigh ( 4" X 7" and 3" X 5") as the posts that would hold the arm rails of the wheelchair raked against my thighs as he pulled the wheelchair out from under me. I also suffered a contusion on my right knee, contusions consistent with the shape and spacing of fingers on my left arm and a badly contused right third toe that got caught in the foot rest as the chair was ripped from under me. The medical staff and guards refused to take photos of my injuries but fortunately a nurse wrote a detailed description of them in the medical record.
Until recently, I was unable to talk about this to anyone including my attorney or psychiatrist who is treating me for PTSD because I would go into a flashback, staring into space with a terrorized look on my face, shaking, and not aware of where I was, with tears streaming down my face. Yesterday, after a lot of practice and therapy, I was able to pretend I was on the stand and answer the questions of my attorney. I am able to write about this slowly with difficulty.
Any support anyone can give in terms of attending the trial (jury selection will begin after noon on 8/20/07 or in the morning on 8/21/07 with the prosecutor's case beginning on 8/21/07 or 8/22/07) which will last 3-5 days is appreciated. Any help in publicizing this injustice is appreciated.
FYI - I have begun to write about the corruption in Illinois and Cook County in detail as an Internet reporter (unpaid). The following two articles detail the criminal conduct of Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan and the State in denying mental health care to persons on Medicaid and detail my recent win in court when I sued the state to force them to investigate torture and medical neglect at the jail. I also am now a federal witness against corrupt officials in Cook County, having been interviewed by the FBI concerning evidence I have previously given to them. This is related to the following background - I wrote this in an e-mail to a supporter of DBS and EH who has been asking a lot of questions of me and implying that everything I write is a lie:
Understand that I am not associated in any way with the 911 movement or C. Bollyn's writings. I was asked to meet the Bollyns and observe the trial as an activist in a pro se legal club against police brutality, excessive force and the injustice of our "system" in the Chicago area. Chicago is so corrupt that the editors of major daily newspapers (such as Mr. Robough of the Daily Southtown) have told me that they will not publish anything I write or even news about my civil suits against corrupt officials except if I am convicted at my criminal trials. They have refused to publicize my civil rights suit against the corrupt Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan.
They are completely controlled by government officials (the cabal of corruption) and I am talking about "King" Thompson (the former Gov for 16 years) and his "Lords", the Daleys, Madigans, Burks, former Sheriff Sheahan and Devine. This cabal of democrats and republicans and their kids have controlled Chicago, Cook County and Illinois for more than 30 years with terrorism, patronage, corruption, and an iron fist. They don't care about the rule of law and anyone who gets in their way is eliminated - previously by murder, now by "making" them a nut, a slut, or a criminal. They are trying the nut and criminal part with me.
The U.S. attorney has already convicted "Lord" and former Gov Ryan and 70 of his associates in the Illinois Secretary of State's office where he was formerly the director. I was a witness against Gov Ryan in a class action suit where he and Linda Baker, the former Director of the IL Dept of Human Services lost a suit after they had tried to eliminate 73 million dollars from the Illinois budget for services to handicapped children as required by federal law. We won and restored the money to the budget. The actions of this corrupt cabal are literally killing people, depriving kids of education, and lining the pockets of the corrupt.
They have convicted Daley's right hand man Sorich and dozens of others. They have indicted "Lord" Vrydoliak (sp?) a former alderman, mob lawyer, and buddy of Alderman Burke, whose corrupt wife was recently elevated to the IL Supreme Court. Vrydoliak is a kingpin as he knows ALL the dirt and if they pressure him with a possible life sentence at his age and he talks, the whole house of cards will fall.
I and a group of a dozen whistleblowers have given the FBI enough evidence to indict the IL Attorney General (Lisa Madigan) daughter of the mafia controlled speaker of the Illinois house of representatives Michael Madigan, as well as evidence against top officials in Cook County and in the Illinois Dept of Children and Family Serivices and the Illinois Dept of Professional Regulation. I have been interviewed by the FBI on the first set of evidence I gave to them and they have already raided the offices of these officials and obtained federal court orders sealing the records from them. This is why I am such a big target. I am a big mouth who spoke up when I saw corruption and now I am paying the price. This has NOTHING to do with 911. It has everything to do with a history of more than 30 years of corruption in Illinois and Illinois politics not Zionism. It has to do with the Italian mafia and the Irish mafia and patronage.
In politics all over the Chicago area the way you get rid of your opponents is to defame them, arrest them, or in the past kill them. Chris Bollyn was a mayoral candidate in Hoffman Estates. He is a smart guy and they don't want him to reveal any corruption and run again. His brother is a nuisance - a bipolar drunk with a lot of manic episodes, loads of convictions for drunk driving, disorderly conduct, and the like. When C. Bollyn returned to Hoffman Estates with his family these two facts made him a set up for being targeted with nastiness if he had any contact with the police. He initiated the contact by calling 911, which was probably foolish.
This with the fact that tactical officers are hair triggers who will always use maximum force for the most trivial thing without thinking and really are trained gorilla enforcers of the cabal made the situation a set up for disaster.
I don't believe the incident had anything to do with Zionism or 911 initially. However, when all of Chris' supporters made this an issue the prosecutor read the web site "Sign of the Times" and other web sites referring to Bollyn and the writings of Laura and Lisa who espoused the theory that Chris set the situation up so he could fabricate another conspiracy theory to write about. The prosecutor then used this in an act of prosecutorial misconduct to inflame the jury that Chris is a manipulator and liar. They then didn't believe anything Chris and Helje said and believed the lies of the police and prosecutor instead.
I have been unable to get anything in the press or on the Internet because the cabal of corruption shut me down. They have connections all the way to Washington. Bill Daley brother to Mayor Richard Daley and brother John Daley (a Cook County Commissioner), was a cabinet member with Clinton. He now is midwest director of Chase Manhattan Bank. James Thompson was the Director of the CIA oversight committee for the 1st Bush and was on the 911 commission. Interesting - duh! I could go on and on. The cabal of corruption uses all the dirty tricks in the book.
Chris was able to connect me with Rumor Mill News who referred me to a small alternative newspaper in Southern Illinois (Disclosure). Disclosure published my first article on the denial of mental health care to Medicaid patients in Illinois and the false arrest and harassment of mental health providers such as me. They have connections with RMN who often publish articles from little feeder papers like theirs. I would love to get into the main stream press. But, I look at this as a start. I recently sent some stuff to the PBS radio people and they have tentatively agreed to do a large investigative report and story on this topic (torture of prisoners and medical neglect at Cook Count Jail).
It is not easy to get stories published in the main stream press and it is not easy to get important issues covered by the press. I am a witness to this. I have been trying for six years. A top health reporter from Washington DC came here last year and spent two weeks with me gathering information. She has been unable to get her work published. She is returning in a week to spend another two weeks gathering more information and will continue to try to get published on issues I give her evidence about until this occurs. Money and power will get you published, but I have neither.
This reporter told me that the main stream newspapers have had to cut their budgets so much due to competition from electronic media that they first fired ALL investigative reporters. There are lots of investigative reporters who lost their jobs and some are now making blogs while others are publishing on alternative news sites without pay and doing alternative jobs. The main stream news media is evolving. They now get some leads off of alternative news sites like RMN and other sites. At first they used some of this stuff without adequate investigations such as the stories about Bush not going to his National Guard duties in Florida (remember the anchorman who was fired over this false information) and the story about Obama going to an Al Quida school in the far east (also false and it embarassed the media). Now they are more careful to check out these stories from alternative sites before publishing them. 40% of people age 19-35 now get their news from the Stewart show and the Colbert report. It used to be 80% of people got their news form the main stream evening news shows. Now only 20% get their news there. How the media will flush out and what the relationship between the main stream media and the alternative media will be is yet to be known. However I believe that blogs with lots of hits and alternative news sites with lots of hits like RMN are looked at by the main stream media. How they choose what stories to follow however is a crap shoot.
There is a lot more going on in the world concerning violatio of the Bill of Rights and corruption besides the C. Bollyn situation, Zionism and 911.

Jesse your apology is accepted. Also, the acting President of Pro Se Chicagoland, a club, is not Mr. A Jones. I really don't know much about A. Jones, as I am relatively new to reading your acquaintances writings such as A. Jones or DBS or EH or Laura or Lisa G. These are not my main interests right now.
I go on trial tomorrow for felony battery to a correctional officer. I am a target of corrupt politicians. The judge is known to be a hanging judge, giving tougher sentences than most. Unlike Chris Bollyn , I am not facing a misdemeanor charge, but a felony charge. If convicted I expect the sentence to be around three years.
I have been battling government corruption in the Chicago area for six years now. I must steel myself for the battle. I ask now for prayers, for moral support against corruption, for the physical presence of as many as possible at trial, and for the guidance of my faith.
Keep up the debate. Broaden your support to so many who are fighting daily on the front lines of injustice in the courts or who are rotting behind prison bars. Revolutions always have casualties and the first into battle, those that speak out the loudest, are often the casualties. You shouldn't fight a war unless you are willing to die.

Today, I was wrongfully found guilty by a jury of felony aggravated battery to a correctional officer. Judge Joseph Kazmierski of the Circuit Court of Cook County denied my civil rights, refused to allow me to present the most important and compelling defenses, witnesses, evidence and allowed the prosecution to engage in extreme misconduct in the same way that they did in the Bollyn trial.
The jury ignored the testimony of my neurologist who testified that it was physically impossible for me to perform the alleged criminal act. My cardiologist testified that I was so dehydrated from a dry hunger strike that I was unable to stand and too weak to perform the alleged criminal act. The jury ignored them. 20 Sheriff deputies appeared en mass in the courtroom to hear the verdict. The judge is allowing me to remain out on $100,000 bail until sentencing on September 18, 2007. I expect at least a 3 year sentence.
I must now decide between submitting to the court sentence (which I consider a death sentence for me and my disabled father, who is dependent upon my care), going into exile (which is nearly impossible due to my medical condition and lack of access to funds), or choosing the method and date of my death. I have not yet made a choice.
I sign off from this site now, under the circumstances. We clearly live in a totalitarian police state. May God bring you better luck. May he keep you and hold you all safe. Learn to agree to disagree and work towards common goals of justice and a Jeffersonian Republic.

Wtf, that's awful news, Linda. I can't believe what I've been hearing lately vis a vis the American legal system, it's totally screwed. Surely a wheelchair-bound woman won't receive a three year sentence for "assaulting" a grown man. How is an assault like that even possible? What the f*ck is wrong with the judge? It's outrageous.
If you need funds to flee the state or the country, preferably with your dad, I'd be happy to send out a money order or a cheque to the States, maybe 50 or 100 AU dollars. Would anyone else here be willing to throw in?
Ending your life should be the last resort and avoided at all costs.
So since no one takes Dr. Shelton seriously, she decides to play the sympathy-card.
Impossible to say how much of this is nonsense, how much supported by fellow sayanims (like when she was listing her credentials in one place or another to give credibility to herself), how much grounded in fact, the fact remains that since Dr. Shelton is a relative of "holocaust survivors" and isn't intrested in zionism but only in civil rights (and can't understand/admit the two are inextricably connected), anything she says should be not taken even with too much salt.
And this is of course an old hat but since Linda brings it up...maybe AFP should've taken it seriously if mr. Bollyn started suspecting they are under zionist control. Maybe some people at AFP are just silly, but why should Bollyn state they are not under zionist-control if he hasn't investigated into it and there are facts which point directly to it being under control?
But i mean, Eric and Daryl ahve talked this topic to death already and i feel a bit silly repeating about it since it's so blindingly obvious.

I have a friend that could contact Helje for me to check the veracity of the claim, but that's no use to anyone else. I estimate that I will be needing at least $300,000, probably much more, to defend myself on the remaining 4 cases, to appeal this conviction and two criminal contempt convictions, to litigate my civil rights suits against the corrupt officials and police, and this does not include food, clothing, medication, etc. My family is helping with the basics and have already spent over $100,000 just on the legal issues. I am out on $223,000 total bail on all charges and family had to pay ten percent to keep me out of jail, except for the three misdemeanor cases with $1000 personal recognizance bail each.

I will try to write a much more detailed series of articles on RMNs. My first was about corruption in Illinois Medicaid and the Atty General's Office in denying mental health care to indigent people in Illinois.
My ability to do this will be non-existent if I am denied bail pending appeal and taken into custody on September 18, 2007, the sentenging date, to serve the expected sentence of 3 years. In Illinois you must serve 80% of any sentence for a violent felony. Aggravated battery of a correctional officer is a violent felony. Sentences for any further convictions will be consecutive and doubled due to now previous felony conviction. Therefore I am facing a minimum of 15 years on the felony vendor fraud charge and one year each on the three misdemeanors.

I feel like a woman who was raped by a guard in jail and then who was accused of attacking the guard, arrested, convicted, and turned back over to the supervising jailer who raped her for a long sentence.
Sgt. Salemi will have plenty of time to go at me again.
My father is feeble and dwindling rapidly. We have a small family. I am the healthiest of it's members. There is no one else to care for him. If I am jailed, he will probably die without family and I probably won't even be allowed to go to the funeral.
Where are the patriots when I need them most? I have concluded that there are very few. Thank God Mr. Phillips and an acquaintance, Adonye were at the reading of the verdict so I could collapse in their arms after I left the courthouse. My father is inconsolable. During the trial except for the closing when Phillips and Adonye were there, the gallery was empty. It is very easy to conduct an assassination when their are no witnesses.
There are many who talk about how bad the government is and about 911 and other conspiracy theories. When it comes to supporting justice, our Constitution, due process, fighting government corruption, fighting the police state, and all the nitty gritty of defending the Jeffersonian Republic without renumeration or limelight "patriots" seem invisible and nonexistent.
