Illinois: new blow to critic of israel

A tiny mention in the New York Times about DePaul University's zionist witch hunt against israel critic Norman Finkelstein.

The title says it all. They don't care who you are or what you do, you're fair game as long as you criticize israel.

DePaul University in Chicago canceled the one remaining course taught by a professor who has accused some Jews of using the legacy of the Holocaust to stifle criticism of Israel. The professor, Norman Finkelstein, above, says he may respond by committing civil disobedience when classes resume Sept. 5.

Mr. Finkelstein, 53, was denied tenure in June after six years on the DePaul faculty, but he was allowed to teach for the one year left on his contract.

Mr. Finkelstein’s most recent book, “Beyond Chutzpah,” is largely an attack on “The Case for Israel,” by Alan Dershowitz, a Harvard law professor. Its publication led to a public feud, with Mr. Dershowitz threatening to sue Mr. Finkelstein’s publisher and urging DePaul to reject his tenure bid.

His opportunities for success both financial and political have just increased tenfold.

He has figuratively acquired the goose that lays the golden eggs. He now has the tools to really do some damage to zio-bs is he wants to.

Tears?.. no - CONGRATULATIONS are what is in order.
