Former LA Times cartoonist Michael Ramirez depict Iran as 'cockroaches'

As appeared in the opinion page of Columbus Dispatch (Ohio) newspaper

Michael Ramirez, right-wing extremist cartoonist

Pulitzer Prize-winning former Los Angeles Times editorial cartoonist Michael Ramirez drew a provocative cartoon depicting Iran as the nation of cockroaches meddling in Middle Eastern affairs.

Michael Ramirez isn't afraid to show his extremist point of view as a Neoconservative warhawk. It's within his rights to express his point of view, but this is blatant xenophobia as propaganda. He left LA Times involuntarily as part of the restructuring and currently draw for Investor's Business Daily.

Mr. Ramirez is famous for his series of consistently provocative cartoons defending Bush Administration and the War on Terror. One particular cartoon revising the infamous Vietnam era photograph got him in trouble with the Secret Service at one time.

Mr. Ramirez have no shame in expressing his hostile attitude towards diplomacy with Iran with a cartoon that would please Neoconservative Zionist cabal in influencing the uninformed and biased readers to instill irrational fear and encourage xenophobia.

If you feel outraged enough to write the letter of objection, shoot Michael Ramirez and the editor at Columbus Dispatch the e-mail (be polite) at gsheller@dispatch.com and michael.ramirez@investors.com

A side note, I wrote the letter of objection to another Pulitzer Prize winning liberal cartoonist for Arizona Republic Steve Benson over the anti-gun cartoon using Virginia Tech massacre as fuel for his hysterical point of view. He replied with a smug expression in our second email correspondance as I recollect: "You expressed. I counter-expressed." It's not without irony he happens to be a reserve police officer.

Amazing to me how these Jews can get away with blatant racism, and no one utters above a whisper about them.

Doesn't it make more sense that the cockroaches are the usukis trying to find a crack and get into Iran? (usukis: pronounced yuzukiz and its US + UK + ISrael). Look, they are mostly coming from Iraq and Afghanistan, and some from Azerbaijan, Turkey, and S. Arabia. And of course the cockroaches are too cockroaches to figure out how to unscrew the shield! What an irony!
