I'm waiting for some hard evidence
Yesterday I overheard, some people having a conversation over "conspiracy theories" and 9/11. Unfortunately for me, I was engaged in a game of foosball, and could not join in the conversation. I heard the claim about the collapse being suspicious, and how it should have been investigated instead of cleared away. Of course the disinfo machine is much stronger now, then it was in the days of early 2006, and this argument was of no use, because well he's waiting for "hard evidence" he felt so cool, calm, collected, he knew there was nothing in the 9/11 truth arsenal that would persuade him. I was angry that I could not jump in, and simply ask "Well what would it take for you to start questioning the official caveman terrorist theory?"
I am deeply worried about the fate of humanity if people can so arrogantly shrug off serious questions with an air of self-righteous indignation. Although it is reassuring to know that they are being confronted nonetheless, as I was very happy to see Mos Def on Bill Maher's show friday night (Rahm Emmanuel had to cancel), when the issue of terrorism came up, Mos Def ridiculed it as belief in the boogey man, and went on to say he did not think Osama was behind 9/11, and that we didn't land on the moon. The rabid racist Bill Maher was shocked link here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9eFHEiYwiNc&mode=related&search=
The more people that stand up, the less we can be marginalized and ridiculed. Unfortunately few have the courage to do so, and I have even noticed some who have apparently hooked back into the matrix, although it has taken them some time, and generally is a simple avoidance of the issue all together.

to the truth of 9/11 is, because it is a painful awakening to realize that all you have believed about your country and your government system has become a lie.
After awakening we westerners, not only Americans, have to realize that we have indeed "seen the enemy and it is us,"
We our very system is at the moment in every way on the wrong side of justice, peace, fairness and decency.
It is a hurtful journey to get to this point. And some can make it faster and some not.
Just give them time.
Most people will come around eventually. Self-righteous denial is way of protecting oneself from hurt and pain for a while. But it is not a long-term remedy.
The irony meter has just gone into meltdown...
Erlanda, it seems like that it is just fine for you to generalise about "we westerners", but woe betide anyone who dares to even seem like they are generalising about the chosen ones. Double standards, eh?
As for the enemy being "us", please do the rest of "us" a favour, and speak for yourself.
..i think that some of us were neurotic before we even got into this VERY STRESSFUL knowledge of things, which may cause irrational behaviour..
(and no, i'm not just talking about you =P)
Sullivan and Grim Reaper, besides you and your other incarnations on this website, there are very few people who argue like you do.
There are many anti-Zionists out there, but you are a tiny minority.
You and your friends who keep coming here and in the comment sections of other sites argue in a way that tries to make the Zionist point: all Gentiles are inflicted of incurable hatred of Jews.
And this you do together with smearing people like Alex Jones and others and defending a couple of con-artists like Smith and Hufschmid, by making some phony for and back arguments in an endless series. You want to give a tiny bit of crediblity back to those assets. By now they have lost it with everybody else.
You believe that with a little bit of urging, enough of us stupid Gentiles will hop on your band-waggon, so that your main-line media pals can point to the truth-movement: Look all anti-Semites, the whole bunch of them.
And in this way you can divide us and rally all Jews to the Zionist flag?
You are fighting a loosing battle.
You can try to discredit the truth-movement as much as you want.
It´s not working any more.
You believe, that because you can give some volleys to the main-line media, volleys they can use to smear the truth-movement, that you are successful?
Think again, you are loosing.
And hilarious? do you think I give anything for your opionion.
From your first attack I knew I was on the right track with my suspicions:
You are not, what you pretend to be.
Call me paranoid as much as you want, it won´t change a thing.
I have seen these kind of tricks before.
Remember:
Discredit, divide and conquer
..you are so wrong erlenda, next time you visit Palestine, don't drink the water..
..i haven't made any arguments, just some observations..
..as for your finger pointing, cork it..
..who freakin' cares about the personalities anyways?
First off, it is not hatred, it is distrust. And it is not incurable, but the cure lies in the hands of those whose culture is and has been supremacist for millenia.
I have never smeared Alex Jones, nor have I defended Smith & Hufschmid. I challenge you to point to a comment or post where I did either.
Don't be silly. I am not anti-semite. I am not even anti-Jewish. I am anti-supremacist.
I realise you live in a country infused with a reluctance to speak up on these issues, a country that has effectively done away with free speech when it comes to certain thorny issues, but that is not a reason to impose your mindset on others.
Unlike you, I don't think every member of the 'truth movement' should have the same viewpoint as me. However, I do ask myself once in awhile what sort of truth movement is it that ignores the elephant in the living room?
You are writing about it. That alone speaks volumes.
