Dear America,

I have had a love affair with you for most of my life.

As a child, it was the vibrant photos of the color of your wealth in books I read (and Mickey Mouse, of
course). As an adolescent I studied your history and domestic politics (but not your foreign policy). As
an adult I have on two occasions driven across your magnificent continent (both times in a convertible
- the only way to truly experience your redwoods, Rocky Mountains, and the big skies of your deserts).

Perhaps it's because of your sheer continental size (your populations can probably holiday somewhere
new every year for the rest of their lives and never need a passport) and your relative youth (in
post-colonial western cultural terms) that sophisticated geopolitical points of view are just not
something that the bulk of the people that walk your surface are globally reknown for. Ideas of the
World as a closed and connected system are not thoughts that you and yours seem to ponder.

I'm sorry if I'm coming off sounding deeply conceited, but -recently- (as opposed to, like, the eighties)
a lot of people have died before their time.

The observant around the world now despise you
(and it's not because they're jealous).

It's your behavior. Your actions and your inactions.

You, like Australia, are just too comfortable to really be bothered.

My childhood love affair with you has almost completely eroded but, these days, you have more than a
Global image problem.

A commercialized media, gangster government, and 200 years of extreme cultural vanity are bringing
you to your knees. And to excruciatingly slow domestic genocide at the hands of the hand that feeds
you.

To those individuals within your collective that continuously try to clue up their compatriots to the
growing problems that beset your great nation (and therefore by proximity - the rest of the planet), I am
grateful to you beyond words for your efforts. Those efforts have helped make me aware of what is
going on around me in my life. So don't stop now.

But to the rest of you more willfully ignorant, arrogant, and wolf-like Dominator Culture type Americans - I'm confused and
really quite resentful, and I now have some questions that need answering.

And I'm sure some of you won't mind the chance to help me understand things a little more clearly.

If your descent in to fascism remains unchecked then you will soon find that at every level of your
society around you - there will suddenly be nothing left to value.

Please give these questions serious thought and then submit your replies by the numbers.

Should you take issue with my line of questioning, then please let me know straight away and we will

Is responsibility for the situation that has led to where we are now -
dispersed widely, liberally and over a long period of time in a way that absolves any single individual or
institution of any major fault?
Why do you have to buy food off of other people?
What's your favorite kind of Christianity?
Are your armed forces designed for defense or offence?
Is it better if I light a candle or should I curse the darkness?
Does living in a police state make you safer?
Did Chris Columbus -really- discover America or did
he find other humans when he got there?
Why are Americans and Israelis better than everyone else?
Was Jesus really brown?
On a scale of one to ten, how confident are you -personally- about the continuing ability of your
wealthy folks expanding their military operations throughout the world and demanding the freedom to
invest, at the point of a gun, in every corner of the world?
(1 being ' not at all confident' 10 being 'extremely')

When good people can't feed their kids anymore, do they loose their ability to be a good citizen?
Why have the telecast rivalries between presenters on FOX and MSNBC replaced network soaps
for me?
Why do your armed forces occupy about 3/4 of the world's countries?
Will Arnold be president one day?
Why do precision munitions often miss?
What's a mafia planet?
Do mercenaries in Iraq get depleted uranium poisoning just like everyone else?

Why won't the FBI release the multiple alternate angles from the other cameras that are (even

They’re afraid and demoralized. Their society is wracked with illness. Isolated and alienated, the average American feels helpless.

However, many israelis walk shoulder to should with Palestinians during anti-government demonstrations. I think most israelis are insane, but I also think a lot of them are simply demoralized.
