Giuliani took out a $1.4 million-per-year lease from Larry Silverstein, so Giuliani could have a “command center” on the 23rd floor of World Trade Center Building #7.
A month after that, Silverstein returned the favor by giving Giuliani a $100,000 fundraiser aboard one of Silverstein’s yachts.
In the video clip, Giuliani is asked why he put his command center in the World Trade Center, when the WTC had been the target of a “terrorist” attack in 1993.
Giuliani says he was told to put it there by Jerry Hauer (Director of Emergency Management).
Next you will see Jerry Hauer say, “It’s just a flat-out lie!”
Haeur told Giuliani to NOT put the command center in WTC 7.
When Giuliani is questioned about this, he simply giggles, as he always does. Then he spews more lies.

As WUFYS readers know, Giuliani was giving a speech at the NRA (trying to tell the NRA that his career-long support of gun control meant nothing) when he suddenly received a “surprise” phone call from his “wife.” Giuliani hoped this would make him “endearing.”
The web site below has a video of Giuliani doing the same trick in at least one other speech.
Giuliani has no chance to win the Presidency. If by some miracle he won the Republican nomination and went against Hillary, all of Giuliani's dirt would be exposed on national TV. Why would ANY group invite him to speak? Giuliani is out of office. He’s a nobody.
Perhaps Republicans are rewarding him for his complicity in 9-11; giving him a last moment of notoriety before Giuliani disappears into the sewer he crawled out of.
