MUKASEY HEARINGS A CHANCE TO SEPARATE THE TALMUD FROM LAW ENFORCEMENT
NEW YORK, NEW YORK * 19 SEPTEMBER 2007 Citizen of the USA Stephen M. St. John addresses the international community in Washington and here in New York City, all members of the US Congress as well as other organizations and individuals, public and private, and urges all US senators to assure all US citizens that religion -- not just politics -- is kept out of law enforcement and intelligence. To this end, the Senate hearings must consider the current nominee for attorney general, retired federal judge Michael Mukasey, an adherent of the Talmudic law of the Moser as an integral part of his Orthodox Jewish faith. The Talmudic law of the Moser prohibits a Jew from informing on another Jew to a non-Jew, either directly or indirectly, and is therefore diametrically opposed to the adversarial process of our time honored judicial system, not to mention the integrity and smooth functioning of intelligence operations at all levels. Senator Leahy's dispute with White House Counsel Fred Fielding over disclosures of documents related to electronic eavesdropping practices, and the Justice Department's failure to enforce procedures on warding off political influence over law enforcement, while they are important issues in and of themselves, they do not rise to the level of the unseen danger posed by the Talmudic law of the Moser. Like the Mafioso code of Omerta, the Talmudic law of the Moser must first be acknowledged as a problem before it can be dealt with properly. The Talmudic law of the Moser helps explain how Rabbi Dov Zakheim, who had the motive, means and opportunity to pull off a black false flag terrorist operation like 9/11, has never been interrogated. This law explains how the "Dancing Israelis of Liberty State Park" were released by the FBI despite their highly suspicious activities that day.
