Again, you are engaged in dafamation and slander. Therefore, I must demand that you withdraw all that you wrote about foreclosure and Mr. Tabour and make an apology on line for your carelessness and incompetence as a researcher.

You have the facts wrong. That is how amateurs do it. They read very little and jump to knee jerk conclusions.

If you would go to the Cook County Circuit Court Clerk web site you would find the cases involving me and this building, my former pediatric office and home.

You would find three cases.

The first one shows that the gas station next to this building spilled 13,000 gallons of gasoline under it and I was injured, rescued by paramedics and had to evacuate the building. Therefore, I haven't lived there and the building has been empty, except for Mr. Tabour renting the front room as a campaign office briefly for the 2004 election. You would find I am suing Clark Oil for damages.

Second you would find I sued the La Par veterinary hospital owner, Dr. Whalen, for obtaining an illegal building permit that allowed him to build an addition seen in the photo you posted that literally bricked over the bedroom windows of this building making the bedrooms a fire trap if there was an explosion at the gas station on the other side of my building. The building is now below code and CANNOT legally be used as sleeping rooms because of violation of life and safety code. If you obtained copies of the pleadings which are public record and I am willing to share with anyone, you would find that I lost illegally and I am now refiling pleadings to have the addition to La Par removed and for monetary damages, due to fraud upon the court.

Third you would find that my family trust, the Lillian Lorincz Irrevocable Trust is foreclosing on me and my son because after the gas accident, I was unable to work and went essentially bankrupt. The foreclosure notice by GoIn Realty is fraud. The clerk will verify that they have NO legal foreclosure action in the courts on this building. They illegally obtained ownership of 1/2 of the building through a fraudulent lien sale. Then they obtained a fraudulent deed to the entire building in violation of court orders. The orders are public record. The Cook County Sheriff did this to harass me and are in collusion because I am a federal witness against them. Then they literally stole everything in the building including the entire contents of my pediatric office and the entire professional and personal belongings of a person who had rented the upstairs for storage after the gas spill (she is also a federal witness against corrupt State and County officials). This matter has been referred to the FBI because it involves retaliation against federal witnesses, grand theft where property was taken across state lines, and collusion of both the Cook County Sheriff and Evergreen Park Police (with mafia ties). The River North Law Group in Chicago is handling the foreclosure for ME - as trustee of the Trust. GoIn Realty has no standing in owning the building and was forced by court order to cease and desist their "foreclosure" sale, which now is erroneously still on their web site.

All of this is public record and you now have truly proven you are NOT a credible researcher, but just a narcissistic big mouth ignoramous.

You are simply asking for a suit for defamation of character - Mr. Ignorant and incompetent "researcher" and tale spinner. I will be happy to oblige you!
