I had made a previous commentary on Michael Ramirez, the mindlessly xenophobic Neocon warhawk cartoonist -- esteemed former LA Times editorial cartoonist and Pulitzer Prize winner who was responsible for drawing the nation of Iran as comprised of cockroaches that offended geopolitics- diligent Americans, Iranians and anti-racist activists alike.

This time, Mike takes it to the new level in spewing his vile Zionist propaganda coupled with disinformation and xenophobia. Ironic on "xenophobia" considering his American Hispanic racial heritage.

I'd like to think Michael Ramirez and fellow Pulitzer Prize winning cartoonist Steve Benson (a leftist with disdain for the 2nd Amendment; about as extreme as Mike in political viewpoint in polar opposites except for Bush criticism) as the equally talented but disingenuous and semi-irrational in foolish belief of delusion believing their views should reflect the perceived "truth" through the filter rigged with deep-seated bias in hostility and perhaps irrational hatred of "the differing or opposing view" no matter how benign the otherness of the view or incident might be.

The methodical process of 'slanted-to the-far right or left' propaganda -- not only Mike and Steve but also virtually all of the working North American cartoonists found on Daryl Cagle's Political Cartoons Index -- to persuade the readers what they think would be the correct belief is so transparent it should be construed as either hate propaganda that recall the stream of WWII-era Nazi and anti-Imperial Japanese U.S. propaganda or plain stupid satire that tries hard to offend to elicit the letters of complaint and some applause.

Michael Ramirez have no shame in showing his vitriol - he have either suffered from self-deception or is a secret fellow of the Neoconservative faction in facilitating powerful propaganda technique to impress the receptive (albeit jingoistic & xenophobic) audience (in this case, the various right-wing stock market newsletters, Wall Street Journal, Washington Times, Free Republic, Little Green Football and Powerline devotees plus Fox News Channel/MSM addicts) that agree with the plainly stated agenda of the cartoonist in question -- the audience that lack the intellect and even morals to discern truth from blatant disinformation and intentional deceit. It's safe to say they chose the latter because they prefer the reality molded to their narrowly defined world that encompass Fascism, Zionism, environmental & civil liberties-destroying laissez-faire capitalism in Corporatism (maybe Objectivism which Alan Greenspan is an avowed adherent of but that's another story) and Militant Imperial hegemony.

Michael Ramirez, like the deceptively clever Straussian Neoconservative faction and self-absorbed members of the GOP who believe in the ultra-nationalistic mindset of "America, right or wrong, will always stand firm to secure victory for honor -- even if we are fundamentally bellicose", is a tool for the War Party, and he's too self-deluded to see clearly for how foolish he truly is in fostering right-wing extremist philosophy that will ultimately backfire when the all-out destructive USA/Israel - Iran/Syria war become a dark reality.

Mr. Ramirez should hang his head in shame for being an ethics-challenged shill extolling the dying neoconservative ideologies that will go down in recorded history as the offshoot of Machiavellian perversity which led to the counterproductive outcome causing the vainglorious destruction of human rights and reason brought forth by the Enlightenment movement that gave birth to the Founding Fathers' arduous creation of the new American Republic in the late 18th century as the bastion of liberty that struck down the chains of uninformed ignorance and crippling idiocy.
