Ellison and Goode kiss and makeup
Alright, I admit, I'm exaggerating. They didn't kiss.
But, they did shake hands - on Ellison's initiative, of course.
Keep your eyes on Goode, the man with his back facing the camera, as Ellison walks up to him with Dennis Kucinich along side.
Ellison then shakes Goode's hand - twice - once before and once after patting Goode's left arm, to further emphasize that there are no hard feelings.
Ellison maybe new, but not only is he a political genius, he's a gracious one, too.
Well, that takes a little steam out of the post I'm working on......Swearing in using Jefferson's Koran. Damn, you are too good.
Ellison did a pretty good job navigating the shark infested waters, without losing his cool.
And using Jefferson's copy of the Quran - that was pure genius!
What did he think of it? And what kind of translation did he have, was it reliable?
