What bothers me most is the hypocrisy of demanding from citizens what they do not follow themselves.

But, of course, there is also the clear danger in one lawmaker casting a vote contrary to what the other lawmaker wanted.

By the time it's discovered, it may be too late and too complicated to rectify. That is - IF it's noticed at all.
