I've had the code for the 'Tell The Truth' video saved on wordpad for awhile now, it's a good'un.

Here's another really powerful video that I want to post again for those that haven't seen it. I love it.

By the way, Sullivan: in case you're not aware of how to embed youtube videos into your blog, rather than just posting a link to the vid, you can copy the 'embed' code of any given youtube video and paste it into your blog so as to have the video show up rather than just the link to it.

Just to the right of the videos @ the youtube site are two codes: one says URL and the one just below it says Embed. Just copy the embed code and paste it into your blog, then just change the height and width values in the code from

width="425" height="350"
to (for example)
width="380 height="270"

in order to resize the video in such a way that it fits nicely into the column of your blog. The column width of these WUFYS blogs are about 400, I think, so you might be able to get a better fit by making your videos slightly wider than the width="380 height="270" example I just used.

It starts automatically, so if it gives you the shits Sullivan, just ask qrs to delete it for you.

Yes, I know about embedding videos, I just didn't have the time last night to adjust the width/height to suit the column width here on WUFYS.

Maybe it might be a good idea if an entry were to be added to the site's CSS files to automatically limit videos (and images for that matter) to a width 10 pixels less than the column width.

I'm now teetering on the cusp of being a lowdown, spamming troll by splitting up my two cents into four separate comments, I know, but here are two more coolish videos I've had saved/bookmarked for awhile.

One is an MLK tribute featuring an excerpt from a speech given by an African American activist whose name I've forgotten, which I've put at the top of this blog, and the other is a slideshow called Images of Iran (unless I called it that myself and forgot about it). These are all codes I've had saved on wordpad for months, if not years, but both/all of them are well worth a look.

That Tell The Truth Video is very good.

I hate rap, but that music really suits it - quite effective.

Grim Reaper put out that Cat Stevens-Iran video a while back. It's really nice on the big screen.

His birth name is Steven Demetre Georgiou. I was never a Cat Stevens fan until my friend's brother [during my high school years] gave me one of his records. I liked the music, a lot of wisdom there. The thing about his music is it was always seeking peace.

It was as if his music was a foreshadowing of the big changes yet to occur in his life - back then.
