Sir Richard Branson neutered during publicity stunt, Company changes name from VIRGIN to EUNUCH
Los Angeles - VIRGIN industries magnate Sir Richard Branson is in fair condition following "repair surgery" after a stunt in Las Vegas went awry.
Branson, well known publicity seeker, was blown into an air intake vent during a controlled freefall decent from a 407 foot hotel. He suffered severe injury to his hand and "undisclosed damage to his lower buttox area".
Branson has dismissed his entire staff for taking the lowest bid, apparently from a crew of ex-convicts, to set up and supervise the stunt. "They cut cost and I paid with the family jewels" said Branson in a hospital communique.
In an apparently related announcement, VIRGIN CEO Lester Gnutts said that the company would be changing it's name from Virgin to Eunuch.
