Will the Turks Invade Iraq?
The Turks have been threatening to invade Iraq since Bush launched his war in 2003. (They actually did invade in May 1994, and May 1997.)
Now the Turks have increased their threats, because the House Committee on Foreign Affairs voted to recognize the Armenian genocide.
Is this just another bluff?
The U.S. military doesn’t think so.
Incerlik Air Base in Turkey (pronounce “inser-lik”) is the main hub for U.S. transport of weapons and supplies to Iraq. The Pentagon is now seriously considering a move to Kuwait or Jordan. Kuwait is attractive because it’s on the Iraq border, but is an easy target of Iran. Therefore Jordan is the more likely alternative.

In 2003, the Turks would not allow the USA to use Turkish bases for Bush’s invasion of Iraq, because Bush supports the Kurds, who work with Bush and israel. The Kurds cooperate because they were happy to be rid of Saddam (whose thugs kidnapped and executed 8,000 Kurds in 1983) and because the U.S. presence keeps Iran and Turkey off the Kurds’ backs, at least in Iraq.
Over the last couple of years, the USA gradually removed troops from Central Asia, and came to rely on the Incerlik Airbase in Turkey.
Why does the U.S. military think the Turks are serious about invading, and why do they want to move this giant base?
There are three reasons. Let’s start with the least important. Farther below we'll examine the overall importance of this topic.
1) As with most governments today, the Turkish government needs a “war on terror.” The Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) fulfills the “terrorist” role. The PKK wants independence for Kurdistan (i.e. the regions where Kurds live) and wants a socialist government.
Kurdistan disappeared when the Allies carved up the Middle East at the end of World War I. Other lands disappeared as well, such as Tajikistan. Today the PKK has about 4,000 fighters, versus Turkey’s 250,000 troops in the region, but facts and numbers are irrelevant when a government wants to exploit a “war on terror.” (After all, the USA used one man – Osama – as an excuse to invade Iraq and Afghanistan.)
The PKK must not be confused with the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG), which oversees Kurdish affairs in Northern Iraq. The PKK is a leftist group that condemns the KRG for having sold out to the US, to Israel, and to capitalists / globalists everywhere.
In response, the KRG has designated the PKK a “terrorist organization,” as have most foreign nations, including the USA. The PKK are “terrorists” because they oppose capitalist tyranny, and because they are the underdog. (In defining a “terrorist,” the actual number of deaths is irrelevant. In all nations, the tyrant is called “democratic,” while the resistance is called “terrorists.”)
Iran likewise regards the PKK as “terrorists” because the PKK opposes Iran’s government. (Historic Kurdistan included part of today’s Iran.) The current Iranian shelling of Kurdish positions is mostly directed at PKK border emplacements, although the mainstream KRG has complained about it bitterly, since Kurdish civilians are being killed.
The PKK gets financial support from sympathetic Kurds in Iran, Turkey, Syria, and Europe. The PKK also runs legitimate businesses, and makes money by selling heroin to Europe. Anything to survive. Its arms come from private dealers, including Blackwater.
The Turkish government, and especially its military, wants to increase its “war on terror,” in order to offset Islamist gains in Turkey, and to control Kurds in Turkey. Since the PKK operates out of the rugged Qandil mountains (50 miles from the Turkish border with Iran) a Turkish “war on terror” can continue for a long time.
2) Most Turks are fanatic in their opposition to the Armenian genocide being called a genocide. For the Turkish government, however, the genocide issue is merely a ruse to rally popular Turkish support for an invasion of Iraq. The Turkish military cannot invade unless it gets permission from the Turkish parliament. A vote will be held this week. The genocide issue will help.
When the French and Canadian governments officially recognized the Armenian genocide, Turkey denied them access to Turkish air bases. Now the Turkish government may put pressure on the Incerlik Air Base. The Turkish government does not want to do this, but may find it necessary as part of its program to get popular Turkish support for an invasion of Iraq.
3) We come now to the main reason why the U.S. military thinks Turkey is serious this time.
The current session of the U.S. House ends on November 16, 2007. If there is to be an overall House vote on the Armenian genocide resolution, it will have to be before then.
Rep Adam Schiff is a Democrat from Glendale California, which has more Armenians per capita than any other place in the USA. Schiff is pushing to get a yes vote, and has much support in the House.
More importantly, on November 17, 2007, the Kurdistan Regional Government in Iraq will vote on whether to include the cities of Kirkuk and Mosul in the governed region. At present, Kirkuk and Mosul are part of the rest of Iraq.
This is the key to everything.
The Turks do NOT want the Kirkuk oil fields to be part of the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) since the oil would give new power to the Kurds. The Turks say they are fighting the “terrorist” PKK, but their real objective is to deny the KRG’s control of Kirkuk’s oil.
Bush and his Israeli masters favor letting the KRG have Kirkuk, since the Kurds work closely with Israelis, and are even helping to build an oil pipeline to Haifa. The city of Mosul is crawling with Israelis who buy property and oversee construction of the pipeline. (They also conduct false-flag attacks against Americans and Iraqis.)
The Turks feel betrayed by the Bush-Israeli support for the Kurds. The Turkish government makes the most of this betrayal in propaganda dispensed to the Turkish people. It screams its opposition to genocide recognition, but its real desire is to invade Iraq in order to disrupt the November 17, 2007 Kurdish referendum (popular vote) on whether to include the Kirkuk oil fields in the Kurdistan Regional Government.
Bush and his Israeli handlers do not want the Turks to invade. Northern Iraq is the only stable area in the entire country. If the Turks invade, the nightmare in the south will probably spread to the north. Iran will stop shelling PKK positions, and try to make a deal with the PKK, giving them arms and money to resist the invading Turks. The PKK will gain respect among the Kurdish mainstream. The Mosul-to-Haifa pipeline will be bombed repeatedly, and Bush will not know who did it. It could be Turks, the PKK, Iranians, or the Arab resistance.
Therefore Bush opposes the Armenian genocide resolution. He does not want to give the Turkish government any tools that can be used to rally the Turkish people for an invasion (or an “incursion” as the Turks euphemistically call it).
However the genocide thing may be irrelevant anyway, since the key is oil and the Kurds. If the Turkish military finds that the genocide ruse doesn’t work, it will invent another reason to invade. It might conduct false-flag attacks on the Turkish people, and blame the attacks on the PKK. This will get the Turkish parliament to okay an invasion. False flags are part of any “war on terror,” since the “enemy” is a phantom, and the elite must constantly remind the peasants of the “threat.”
We have thirty days until the November 17 KRG referendum. If Bush and the Israelis cannot convince the Kurdish mainstream to postpone the inclusion of the Kirkuk oil fields, then Turkey will probably invade.
Bush could offer to bribe the Turkish government, but he knows it won’t work, since the Turks are obsessed with controlling the Kurds. The Turkish government NEEDS the Kurds. Without them, there can be no “war on terror.” And again, since the PKK operates in mountainous areas, the Turkish “war on terror” can conveniently go on forever.
The next 30 days will be interesting.

COMMENT ON ARMENIANS
The Bush regime will go all-out to prevent the House from voting to recognize the Armenian genocide. Bush doesn’t care about the genocide one way or the other. He’s focused on Iraq and the Kurds. He wants Israel to have its pipeline to Haifa.
Bush does not need to oppose the genocide recognition. He only needs to delay a vote for 30 days, since the House will adjourn on November 16th. Then the Armenians will have to start over.
Why are Turks and Armenians so focused on the genocide issue? Reason: both sides use it as a rallying point. Armenians are sincere in their motives for genocide recognition (there are some living Armenians who actually survived the genocide) but their real goal is to offset Turkey, which has closed its borders with Armenia, and imposed an embargo on the transport of all goods to Armenia. This increases the cost of goods in Armenia by 30 percent. What Armenians really want is to get the Turkish embargo lifted. If they can get recognition of the genocide, they will weaken Turkish legitimacy. (A happy side effect is that they will also weaken zionist legitimacy, since the “holocaust” will no longer be the only genocide in world history. Hence zionists oppose recognition of the genocide. Mainstream Jews favor it, but zionist thugs keep them in line.)
WHY IS THE ARMENIAN LOBBY SO SUCCESSFUL?
They’re successful because they have only one focus: Armenia. There are only 1.5 million Armenians in the USA, but they call Congressmen. They write letters. They are involved. Most are affluent. All are relentless—even more so than zionists. They are not fond of Jews, but the main focus of their hate is Turks. Armenian professionals and the Armenian Church (Christian) are completely aligned in this matter.
When an Armenian multi-billionaire such as Kerkor "Kirk" Kerkorian donates money, he has a focused destination for that money. He has given hundreds of millions of dollars to help strengthen Armenia.
Armenians also tend to be quiet. Kerkorian is one of the richest people in the USA, yet he almost never gives interviews, and seldom appears in public. His charitable foundation dispenses hundreds of millions, yet he will not allow anything to be named in his honor.
Likewise, Armenians usually do not run for high-profile political offices, even though they have great political power. An exception was George Deukmejian, two-term governor of California. (About half of all Armenian-Americans live in California, with the Los Angeles suburb of Glendale as their hub.)
It is this quietness, and this focus on Armenia, that makes the Armenian lobby so powerful and well organized.
By contrast, the Turkish lobby is spoiled, and wrapped up in organized crime. Also, most Turkish emigrants go to Europe, not the USA. They’ve had a homeland for centuries, so what do they care? There are only about one fourth as many Turks as Armenians in America, and the Turks are spread out, whereas Armenians tend to cluster in communities.
Another thing that gives Armenians power is that they are not anti-zionist. They are pro-Armenian. They don’t like zionists, but they avoid confrontations if possible.
WHY AREN’T ARABS AS SUCCESSFUL POLITICALLY?
At first glance, one might think that Arabs should have more power in the USA than they do. Statistically, most Arab-Americans are Christians (e.g. Syrians and Lebanese) although the number of Arab Muslims is growing. Arabs blend in with the mainstream American population as well as any group--in fact, better than most. Like Armenians, they tend to cluster into communities, especially in California, Michigan, and New York. There have been many Arab members of Congress, and many celebrities, such as Rock legend Frank Zappa, quarterbacks Doug Flutie and Jeff George, disk jockey Casey Kasem, HHS cabinet secretary Donna Shalala, pollster John Zogby, Indianapolis 500 winner Bobby Rahal, and so on.
So what’s the problem?
Well, for one thing, zionists hate all Arabs, and especially Muslim Arabs. This hatred is an all-consuming psychosis.
However the main problem is that Arabs are so diverse. They come from many different lands. Arab Muslims can be Sunni, Shiite, and so on. Arab Christians can be Orthodox, Protestant, Roman Catholic, Coptic Catholic, and so on. Arab Jews can be Orthodox or Reform.
Armenians, by contrast, share one religion (Armenian Apostolic Church) and focus on one compact country. They have very specific goals. This gives them the same strength as zionists, who live only for Israel, but Armenians also have legitimacy, since (unlike zionists) they don’t make a sport of slaughtering children.
Incidentally, there has never been much (if any) friction between Muslims and Armenians. Indeed, Armenian Christians tend to regard Arabs with much affection. During the Armenian genocide, many refugees were welcomed in Arab lands, since Arabs opposed the Turkish Ottomans. Armenians were so grateful that they still talk about this today. (I grew up in an Armenian community, but I am not Armenian. They don’t gush with praise for Arabs. Instead, when the subject of Arabs comes up, they stare quietly at the floor. Such is the depth of their affection for Arabs. The genocide, it seems, was extremely nasty.) Later when the USSR fell, Armenians got support from Iran as they fought with Azeris for territory. Azerbaijan is Muslim, but it is crawling with Israelis.
BOTTOM LINE
The Armenian genocide resolution has ramifications for all Americans. If the Turks invade Iraq (using this genocide thing as an excuse) then the zio-Bush nightmare will become worse than ever.

Good analysis AZ!
Add this little shocker in also: Saddam dam on the Tigris set to fail, flood Kurdish ares!
SO lets figure this out:
- zionist "Young Turks" working for Rothschild's Baku oil interests, incited and supervised the Armenian Genocide,
- Turkey still feels defensive over this genocide, even though it was the work of the zionist Donmeh,
- ziostan considers Turkey it's best middle eastern ally,
- ziostan wants to steal the Kirkuk oil field to Haifa (New Rotterdam),
- ziostan wants U.S. Hessians to nuke Iran for them,
- Iranians hate Turks,
- Armenians are supported by Russians,
- Iranians support Azeris,
- Azerbajan allows ziostaniacs into their country,
- Russians are building Iranian nuke plants,
- Iranians hate Kurds, but would support them against Turks,
- New Russia is in a life or death struggle with the Rothschild oligarch front over Russian resources
What am I missing here?
All correct, except Iranians don’t support Azeris. Iran has many Azeris that oppose the government. And as you noted, Azerbaijan itself is crawling with zionstaniacs. (I could explain that in a post, but I don’t think anyone would be interested). I’m confident, however, that you are correct when you say Iranians hate Turks. Everyone in that part of the world hates Turks.
As far as New Russia’s struggle with the Rothschild oligarch front, I think Russia is doing okay. They have a lot of oil and gas, and they no longer cooperate with western oil companies. They don’t share research, and they have backed out of deals with western oil companies. They nationalized their oil industry. The government owns it, but private people manage it. Western newspapers don’t reveal that there are large construction projects in which Russians are building pipelines to China. Russia has also advanced the art of ultra-deep drilling, and has found oil in places where western oil researchers said there should be no oil.
Most of the banking oligarchs have been removed, but I don’t know anything about how the Russian banking system is set up now. My real interest is in Iranian-Syrian banking. I don’t know anything about banking and finance. I do know that whoever controls a nation’s currency controls that nation.
As far as nuking Iran, this entire anti-Iranian thing is simply a means to keep the American and Israeli peasants in line. Iran is a rallying point; a magic "threat." It legitimizes theft on a scale that cannot be measured. Iran was chosen because it is large, and because of the 1979 revolution. The American elite does not move jobs there. The sad part is that the peasants willingly fall for the propaganda, aye?
Georgia becomes major in Iraq
I am interested about Azeri/Iranian divide, aren't Azeri Shias as well. Whats up with them and Azerbaijan? I wanted to ask you about when I first read it but I got involved into masonic debate.
"Let there be Light!"
The fall of the USSR (1991) created a power vacuum. Many Central Asian Republics got independence. Armenia also got independence, but in order to form Armenia, they had to fight Azeris over a region known as Nakhchivan, which has often changed hands throughout history. Nakhchivan is one of the oldest continually inhabited places on earth. Alexander the Great was there. Two hundred years after Alexander, the area became part of Armenia under the Armenian king Artaxias I, and was Armenian for the next two hundred years.
Part of the Nakhchivan area is known as Nagorno-Karabakh. The people in this area were allied with Armenians, but were long controlled by Azerbaijan. They wanted independence from Azaerbaijan. In 1988, Armenians started to fight with Azeris in the Nagorno-Karabakh War, which lasted until 1994.
The Armenians were supported by Iran, Russia, and even the USA, which denied aid to all Central Asian republics except for Armenia. Opposing the Armenians were the Azeris, the Turks, and of course the israelis. This war was by far the bloodiest in Central Asia after the fall of the USSR. By 1992 it was no longer a guerilla campaign. It became open warfare, wirth Mossad doing everything possible to thwart the Armenians.
In 1994, Russia brokered a cease-fire. Since then, Armenia and Azerbaijan have been holding peace talks (for thirteen years!). Armenia won the war, and has the region under its control. The Turks, israelis, and Azeris lost.
The Armenians have fought with Azeris many times, usually after a cataclysmic event such as the fall of the USSR, or the end of World War I. From 1918 to 1920, Armenians and Azeris fought in the Armenian-Azerbaijani War. These wars are always bloody, because the Armenians are extremely fierce, and the Turks give the Azeris a lot of support. The Azeri Army is three times the size of Armenia’s (they also had Ukrainian mercenaries) but it could not prevail. These were not skirmishes. They were major wars.
See the entty by the wikipedia zionists at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nagorno-Karabakh_War
Yes Azerbaijan is Shiite, (93% Muslim). It also has 20,000 Jews. The Azeri government is like Pakistan’s and Turkey’s. It is secular, which is ripe ground for zionist meddling. israel and Azerbaijan established formal relations in 1992.
Using aid from the USA, israel purchases Azerbaijani oil and gas, and sends medical, technological, and agricultural experts to Azerbaijan. AIPAC lobbies for Azerbaijan in Washington DC. (Opposing AIPAC is the Armenian lobby.) Azerbaijan gets most of its arms from israel, which are delivered through Turkey. israel props up the Azeri government, and protects it against the people, and against Islamists. israeli firms built and guard the fence around Baku's international airport. israelis protect Azerbaijan's energy infrastructure. israelis provide security for Azerbaijan's president on his foreign visits. israelis work closely with the Azeri government to eliminate protesters. israelis also maintain listening posts along the Azerbaijani border with Iran.
So…Turkey is an israeli ally, but Azerbaijan is israel’s main post in Central Asia.
The Azeri people do not like all this israeli meddling, but they are helpless, since their government is tyrannical, like that of Pakistan. The government proudly declares itself a partner in israel’s “war on terror,” which is directed at Islam.
Bush, israel, and Azerbaijan also support Chechen rebels. Therefore Russia opposes Azerbaijan.
If you go to a bazaar in Azerbaijan, half of all the goods are made in israel. This includes Maccabee beer, which is freely dispensed in the hope that alcohol will corrupt Muslims.
israelis own and operate all the cell phone systems. The israeli company of Modcon Systems Ltd. runs most of Azerbaijan’s oil industry. israeli businessman Yossi Maimon was instrumental in brokering gas pipeline deals from Turkmenistan to Turkey (it runs partly through Azerbaijan).
israeli teachers fill schools in Azerbaijan. Azeri students go to israel for zionist indoctrination, and for advanced studies, especially in agriculture, which is Azerbaijan’s second largest industry after oil.
Various israeli politicians have visited Azerbaijan (e.g., Netanyahu in 1997). Azerbaijan's is israel’s fifth largest trading partner. In fact, israel does more trade with Azerbaijan than with all other Central Asian countries combined. And of course, israelis run Azerbaijan’s central bank (Asian Development Bank).
To repeat, the Azeri people don’t like this, but their government is corrupt and tyrannical, and only survives because of israeli help. The Azeri people share historic and religious ties with predominantly Shi‘ite Iran. In fact, Iran has more Azeris than Azerbaijan does. Iran has an embassy in Baku (capitol of Azerbajan) with 200 employees. israelis spy on that embassy. Iranians spy on the israeli embassy.
Iran has nothing against the Azeri people, but if there is a world war, Iran will smash the government of Azerbaijan. Russia and Armenia will help. Russian nationalists hate Israeli meddling, because Azerbaijan was once part of the USSR.
Neither Saudi Arabia nor the Persian Gulf emirates have substantial trade with Azerbaijan. In the early 1990s, Arabia used its Islamic Development Bank to provide Baku with loans and credits, but that money dried-up when the israelis moved in and took over all banking.
Recently, the Azeri government wanted to triple its cooperation with israel, but Azeri businessmen raised such an outcry that the government was forced to back down.
Bottom line: israel controls Azerbaijan through the Azeri government.
Azerbaijan, Georgia, Turkey, and israel are linked.
Opposing them are Russia, Armenia, and Iran.
A top notch assessment, AZ, as usual from you. The only thing missing is the history of the Baku oilfields and pipelines and the Rothschild stirring to promote the crypto zionist donmeh holocaust of Armenian Christian landowners during the chaos of 1914-1918.
That is the story hey don't want told because therein lies the possibility for reparations from Rothschild to the Armenians. The zionists don't want to lose their monopoly on the holocaust reparations gravy train.
The new word in the language war is
.
Russia to conduct strategic bomber runs
Rothschild's pucker factor on high alert
Buckinghamshire, City of London, vineyards, ski resorts, hunting preserves all in danger
That was really helpful post, now we know that Azerbaijan is hijacked by Zionists.
