I agree that traditional protests with signs, etc, is not effective and that some variation of protest must be encouraged.

But, there are some important principles that must be upheld if we ever hope to get anywhere in this struggle.

Certainly, violent protest will only get us all killed.

We must be smarter than that.

Having said that, yes - we must make life uncomfortable for those who are comfortable the way things are.
