BEFORE SUCCESS: STANDSTILL AND STAGNATION IN THE MIDDLE EAST PEACE PROCESS
NEW YORK, NEW YORK * 16 OCTOBER 2007
Citizen of the USA Stephen M. St. John addresses the international community in Washington and here in New York City, all members of the US Congress as well as other organizations and individuals, public and private, and notes the general condition of standstill and stagnation which is reflected in low expectations for the putative Middle East peace conference to be held at the US Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland.
With US foreign policy virtually under the direction of aggressive Zionist Neoconservatives who rely on full spectrum fraud and force to achieve global domination or, short of that, perpetual war, and with over one million Iraqis killed along with about 70,000 coalition forces, and with the tally of war crimes cresting along with a staggering bill for restitution, mutual mistrust among nations threatens to trigger even more hostilities as economic collapse pushes world leaders and the people under them to the edge.
Any objective assessment shows the USA unhinged not only from international law but from its own law of the land as well; Jews here in the USA and elsewhere regularly repudiate solemn agreements at annual Yom Kippur services, and perhaps this unadvertised fact best explains why US foreign policy has paid lip service to UN Security Council Resolution 242 to the point where, after 40 years, the State Department appears to have forsaken altogether its constitutionally mandated treaty obligation to implement 242.
Illegal settlements are no longer called illegal, but merely "obstacles to peace" even as Zionists continue to exercise without mercy their Talmudic license to kill Palestinians and to steal from them.
Even the natural right of the Palestinians to resist an oppressive occupation is taken from them as the Zionists prepare them under the pretense of legality for reservations not unlike the American Indian reservations here in the USA.
But the wisdom of the founding fathers of the USA -- buried in the only provision in the Constitution of the USA never exercised throughout the comparatively brief history of the Republic -- offers a truly democratic means of conflict resolution through territorial adjustment which is the inspiration for An Eight Part Peace Proposal for Greater Jerusalem.
