Senate Judiciary Committee Hearings on Mukasey Nomination for Attorney General

Dear Senators Leahy, Kennedy, Biden, Kohl, Feinstein, Feingold, Schumer, Durbin, Cardin, Whitehouse, Specter, Hatch, Grassley, Kyl, Sessions, Graham, Cornyn, Brownback, & Coburn:

Let me please take this opportunity to urge all of you to broach the matter of the Talmudic Law of the Moser during your examinations of President Bush's nominee for Attorney General, Judge Michael Mukasey. This is an historic opportunity not to be lost; doing so will be in the national interest.

As you may be aware if you have been diligently reading my fax broadcasts, the Talmudic Law of the Moser prohibits a Jew from informing on another Jew to a non-Jew. You can refresh your memory by visiting my website http://mysite.verizon.net/vze4wbps and clicking articles on the Law of the Moser.

Of course, the Talmudic Law of the Moser prohibiting a Jew from informing on another Jew to a non-Jew, directly or indirectly, is diametrically opposed to the adversarial process of our judicial system, not to mention an impediment for our intelligence and law enforcement communities. The Talmudic Law of the Moser is the millstone tied to the Warren Commission and the 9/11 Commission.

Would it were true that the Talmudic Law of the Moser is a quaint but outdated notion from the Middle Ages! Because the Law of the Moser is most definitely alive and well and kicking, asking Judge Mukasey about this all important matter touching on our national security is not asking for the moon. Because Judge Mukasey is Jewish, asking him about the Talmudic Law of the Moser would be a quite appropriate line of questioning for the Senate Committee on the Judiciary. Please do not flub this chance to inform yourselves on this topic of vital importance to our national security.
