I'm not familiar with Pakistani constitutional law, but it seems strange that there isn't a provision for executive pardons.

(Free for the capitalist to market their schemes) Moreover, she's ready, willing and able to avail all necessary tools and devices to further the war on terror hoax against her own people and neighbors. And Yes, the ISI has a long standing relationship with Mossad (We do war by ruse) stemming back to the cold war and intensified during the west's efforts to destabilize the Soviet Union by proxy through Afghanistan.

Having said that its obvious that she was not target but Pakistan's stability. I agree with you Nepos its typical Mossad&CIA terrorism.
