Putin warns U.S. not to attack Iran at the Caspian Summit

Frontline preview of the program

My submitted commentary to Frontline feedback (probably not posted due to controversial content and length)

Frontline program "Showdown with Iran" is well-produced with emphasis on investigation of facts in the sea of disinformation and propaganda.

There are some moments that left me suspicious of the certain motives, particularly the segment with former intelligence director for Mossad Institute. I find John Bolton and Richard Armitage (the latter who gave Pervaz Musharraf the condition of cooperation with the U.S. or otherwise bomb Pakistan to "the stone ages" after 9-11 event) infuriating because they are certainly disingenuous and dishonest in how they convey the information to the audience.

The dishonesty emanated from these neoconservative members is the attitude attributed to the Neoconservative faction that emphasize perpetual war over the long period of time to transform the Middle East and Central Asia according to the United States and Israel's plan of design for the express purpose of geopolitical advantage in coveting of natural resources and to demonstrate the superiority of the West in the imposition of moral authority.

This fact is true in the philosophical thesis of Project for the New American Century called "Rebuilding America's Defenses". This proof exists on the official web site of the aforementioned think tank. Also responsible are American Enterprise Institute and The Institute for Advanced Strategic and Political Studies (the latter for having published "A Clean Break: A New Strategy for Securing the Realm" co-authored by Richard Perle, former chairman of Defense Policy Board Advisory Committee). Their interest lie in radically changing the Middle East and Caspian region to secure the advantages for the benefit of the Defense & Energy industries and the State of Israel in hegemonic influence.

The Dollar hegemony is also another factor for the invasion of Iraq after Saddam Hussein converted to Euro in the oil sales to ensure the continuous global economic domination in the international currency.

United States have demonstrated to the world that it is an imperialist state that bully the peaceful nations with threats of war and sanctions unless American demands are met. Iran will not tolerate such animosity, and neither will Russia and China, the co-founding members of Shanghai Cooperation Organization which granted Iran an observer status. SCO rejected U.S. application for observer status on principle of Eastern regional stability.

Because of Neoconservatives' pernicious influence on the state of national security and international affairs, World War Three is a dead certainty. SCO will defend Iran upon the act of war by the United States or Israel to assist with counterattacks, including the liquidation of the treasury bonds worth hundreds of billions that will be a fatal blow to the weak U.S. Dollar.

Glenn Beck has a "scary Iran" story every night

Within six months of Hussien announcing he was no longer going to accept US dollars as payment for Iraq oil, we invaded that country.

Now, Iran is starting to get paid for its oil exports in other currencies, rather than the dollar.

And why not? With the private bankers of the not so federal reserve using the national currency like so much toilet paper, driving the down the value of a dollar 50% in the last six years, why would any country want to get paid in dollars?

As for Glenn Beck, he's a tool of Dick Cheney.

Cheney's got his hand shoved so far up the puppet Beck's ass, that the lump one sees in Beck's throat isn't his Adam's Apple, but the outline of Cheney's knuckle.

This is how Fox News framed(limited) the Iran debate yesterday.

if they want to go there let them prepare a lots of body-bags for GIs. Even if they do not enter Iran with ground troops Iranians will come to them wherever they are in ME. If they can procure weaponry all the way to Lebanon sure they can escort it with their own commando units. Then you will have Hesbollah all across ME and they will not care for world's opinion anymore because they have right to attack their enemy wherever they find them. They already are calling them terrorists so they should show them what that term really means. Iran is not al-qaida and they have much more trained men and weaponry to make everyone in ME look over his shoulder.

I sent this letter to PBS after watching the program last night.

Subject: The Showdown with Iran

Gentlemen,

Your program "Showdown with Iran" looked like something right out of neocon central in Tel Aviv, or from their offices in Washington or New York. It resembled some of the cartoon, scare tactic, highly subjective "reporting" that is standard fare at Rupert Murdoch's foxnews. The sacked and discredited sociopath and continual warmonger John Bolton was even invited to share his bizarre thoughts.

The fiasco in Iraq isn't enough for the neocons and dual loyalists at PBS who produced that piece. They figure we ought to pick a fight with an even bigger and stronger country at the same time. That country just happens to be an enemy of israel (of course) and that's all that really matters. We got into the disastrous situation in Iraq for the same reason. There is no limit to the amount of American life, limb and blood to be sacrificed on behalf of israel, at least according to the dual loyalists and israel-firsters in the U.S. government. PBS is doing its part to promote that ideology.

Where was PBS during the "Weapons of Mass Destruction" fairy tale four years ago, by the way? This "Showdown with Iran" program looked like an updated version of that.

How comforting that the so-called "Public Broadcasting System" is agitating for war with Iran. PBS is public in the same sense that radio and television in the old USSR was public, i.e. government funded.

Government sponsored media is always going to promote the policies of the government -- even when that government is extremely unpopular with its citizens. PBS is, as is foxnews, an extension of the White House press office and has been for years. I cannot withold my tax money from your organisation but I can control my private donations.

Sincerely,

Jonny
