Articles of Impeachment against Cheney Hopefully Will Prevent War on Iran
NEW YORK, NEW YORK * 4 NOVEMBER 2007 Citizen of the USA Stephen M. St. John addresses the international community in Washington and here in New York City, all members of the US Congress as well as other organizations and individuals, public and private, and expresses his deep gratitude for Congressman Dennis Kucinich and the 21 cosponsors of his House Resolution 333, Articles of Impeachment Against Vice President Cheney, which Kucinich will introduce for an up or down vote on Tuesday 6 November 2007. The articles can be read at http://kucinich.house.gov/. History, if not the US Congress too, will judge harshly those who lied about Iraqi WMDs and Iraqi ties to Al Qa'ida by manipulating intelligence so as to cause an unjustified invasion of Iraq, an aggressive action deemed to be the supreme war crime according to the Nuremberg principles. History, of course, will also judge harshly those complicit in such a war crime, which has destroyed a nation and a people and now threatens Iran with the very same instigation based on fabricated assertions about WMDs and terrorism. Indeed, Vice President Cheney has apparently been actively involved again in carrying out the dangerous agenda of his psychopathic Zionist Neoconservative advisers according to Al Jazeera's 2 November report saying that US Air Force jets participated in the 6 September attack on Syria, which had hitherto been attributed to the Israeli Air Force only. No international inspection of the targeted site -- alleged to have been a nuclear facility -- had been requested by either the USA or Israel. And a week before this mini nuke attack on Syria, an unprecedented breakdown in multilayered security measures left nuclear armed cruise missiles missing from Minot Air Force Base in North Dakota; the official report is even more alarming than the security breach itself for its lack of candor, as demonstrated by Mahdi Darius Nazemroaya (see http://www.globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=va&aid=7158 Missing Nukes: Treason of the Highest Order). As Kosovo looms on the horizon as the next hot spot, Russia and China may even sooner see their previous votes for sanctions against Iran pay off as the USA is drawn into a trap featuring supersonic cruise missiles that will shake its standing in the Middle East forever. The Al Jazeera story about U.S. planes attacking Syria may not be true -- but if so, the Pentagon had better deny it soon, or this story will fester into something BIG.
If it is true, it explains why Israel kept so quiet about the air raid.
Congressman Dennis Kucinich's articles of impeachment against Cheney is nothing more than hot air and BS.
Kucinich is trying to keep his sputtering presidential campaign going and to deflect attention away from his UFO sighting comments.
If Kucinich was truly interested in fulfilling his oath of office, he would have introduced these articles years ago.
As for the 21 co-sponsors, that must be the number of actual patriotic congress people who AREN'T in the service of Israel.
Which leaves 414 who love to suck on the Zionist teat.
ICH is misquoting al Jazeera. I checked the source article ICH refers to and the article itself is quoting Israeli sources... Al Jazeera claims nothing. The news is basically all coming out from Israel.. be it in the Jerusalem Post or Al Jazeera or Information Clear House. I will translate the Jazeera article and post it because the ICH article is a 'little' misleading...
I believe it is done intentionally....
I translated the Jazeera article and just posted it along with 2 other articles that your article refers to as "sources". To tell you the truth, I was quite astonished by ICH because so far I thought that they were "on our side". Their article is a practicle paraphrasing of the Jerusalem Post which mistranslates the Jazeera. That doesn't really speak well of them. I translated this article literally without any of my interpretations... but I placed my interpretations later on in the post. Most interesting how "various" pieces of news end up deriving from one source actually...
