NK/Syria nuke cooperation - “total, sheer, absolute fabrication”
Every other day, israel comes up with a new version of events about this incident.
First, they leaked a report that Turkish intelligence helped them with the raid.
Then, israelis claimed they successfully bombed a 'nuclear cache' of weapons and equipment from North Korea.
When that didn't fly, it was a partly constructed nuclear facility that subsequently vanished into thin air.
Finally, israel washed its hands of the whole affair and blamed it on the US Airforce.
Now, they don't know what the heck it was and they and their zionist shills in the media are trying to get Syria to confess.
Syria's ambassador to the United States spoke only to ABC7 news on Tuesday. He accused Vice President Cheney of fueling the media with more rumors of weapons of mass destruction."The whole story about this North Korean/Syrian cooperation on nuclear technology is a total, shear [sic], absolute fabrication," said Syrian Ambassador to the U.S. Dr. Imad Moustapha.
In September, Israeli planes bombed a Syrian target reported to be a partly constructed nuclear reactor.
ABC7's Alan Wang: "If you could, what was the site bombed by Israel?"
"It was a military site and this is not the first air raid the history of the Syrian/Israeli conflict," said Dr. Moustapha.
Professor Michael Nacht, who is the dean of UC Berkeley's Goldman School of Public Policy says everyone is keeping eerily quiet about the attack.
"The Syrian government didn't really say anything about it. Bush refuses to talk about it. The Israeli government refuses to talk about it, and no Arab government has condemned Israel for it," said Goldman School of Public Policy Dean Professor Michael Nacht.
After the ambassador's speech we tried to press him more on the issue.
Dr. Imad Moustapha: "There are plenty of military sites."
ABC7 Alan Wang: "Why was it so crucial for Israel to bomb it?"
Dr. Imad Moustapha: "It was not crucial. They could have bombarded it or another military target. The problem is the sinister stories that are fabricated in Washington D.C. alleging a nuclear program in Syria which is absolutely categorically untrue.
Alan Wang: "But what was it? What do you mean what was it? What was the military site? Was it an airbase?"
Dr. Imad Moustapha: "I'm not privy to military details. Usually countries do not reveal their military installations publicly on TV. Everything else is a blatant terrible lie."
ABC7's A;an Wang: "Thank you very much."
Dr. Imad Moustapha: "Your [sic] welcome."
What a bozo.
Why would Syria tell him what military facility was bombed?
I guess it was worth a try.
After all, they've got nothing to lose but lies.

Some of the initial reports coming out were probably the most reliable on the IAF invading Syria.
Those reports said that the IAF jets "dropped" ammunition??? WTF?
A fighter jet doesn't drop ammo unless it is seelking to lighten its load and get the hell out of Dodge and get gone fast.
Since here in the states, we won't ever see the light of day in regards to the truth, one can only speculate.
Perhaps the IAF jets were headed to Iran to drop bombs, maybe even tactical nukes, on Iran.
They were identified by Syrian radar, shot at and were forced to abandon their mission.
Wanting to hightail it out of Syria, they dropped ammo and fuel tanks to lighten their load.
And to make up a good story about being caught by Syria, they bombed the hell out of some forlorn concrete building to cover their lying asses.
i have no doubt the U.S. helped Israel. They not only probably let them launch off a US aircraft carrier in the eastern Mediterranean, they also probably flew with the IAF in either a support or major combat role.
That's why the IAF mission was scrubbed: The US didn't want to take the chance of getting one of its jets shot down over Syria.
Truth Seeker--Furthermore the us has a virtual blanket surrounding the whole area, noone by sea or air could possibly bring any nuke materials from NK to syria, the zionist jets were turned back by new anti--aircraft missiles from russia!!
Great blog Qrswave! I love the way you laid out the series of Israeli lies! Lying is in their blood. If there was a Nobel prize for "Best Liar", I have no doubt that Israel would have received it for the past 60 years... every single year..
..y'all've got that one right! nothing seems to come out those zionist bastard's mouths but g-d damn lies! whether it's for greed or just for the hell of it, it seems you'll only get the truth if it falls into one of those two criteria!
..Greg, you may be right about the Iran thing, but i think jets could be sent across another way! This was an obvious test to see what the Syrians are packing.
..the zids bombed a military installation, then dropped their extra fuel and afterburned out of there to avoid incoming retaliation!

..i think it was ACTUALLY an attempt to start WAR, because now that Lebanon is softened up, it's Syria's turn to meet the stone age! who's next to be bitten by the rabbidog?
..i am a follower of the Christ, not the book..
Why would you think that Lebanon has been "softened up"? Are you speaking of the party of the US puppet government or the Hezbollah/Christian opposition against which the Israeli-American war was in 2006?
..well, if carpet bombing the whole country didn't hit everyone hard, you've got me!
..Nazioos can get away with bombing everyone it seems, yet the cowards will meet their maker very soon.
Indeed, the carpet bombing of Lebanon is indisputably catastrophic..
On the political level however, things are totally different. I don't know if you are currently following what is happening on the front of the presidential elections in Lebanon.. because that is very indicative as where the real power lies...
Cherifa...
You mean that the elections must be israeli/american influenced, right?
..sorry, i can't stand politics; a bunch of posturing sellouts jumping up and down screaming at each other like petulent children whining for sprinkles on their ice cream..
..did the nazioos really think they could win a guerilla conflict with Hezbollah, which no doubt made their raison d'etre and boosted their support level?
..or was this all about bombing the whole place! and then the refugee camp attack! then an attack on Syria!
The presidential elections (by parliament) in Lebanon have always been influenced by outside forces from the day Lebanon was established. France.. being a former colonizer of Lebanon. Syria being a “sister” country considering that prior to the artificial division of the Middle East by colonial powers, there was no Lebanon and it was all Belad el sham or greater Syria. Saudi royal family which had been promised the Lebanese territory by France but didn’t get it.. and it now an important power, Egypt, Russia, Iran and now of course the US which is the imperial power trying to put its foot all over. The US is most aggressive as it has lost its position in other Middle East countries and is looking for a strategic area for important military basis. Iran now is playing an increasingly important role. While the US has chosen to make enemies of Hezbollah and the Christian opposition (because they are Israeli enemies), Iran has made friends of them. With the murder of Rafik el Hariri, the US managed to oust the existing government and install a US puppet government (the Seniora government) that would fulfill US objectives. The president of Lebanon is however not a US puppet. The US is now dreaming of installing a new US puppet president… however the US isn’t managing. As you know, the Lebanese president must be a Maronite Christian. Hezbollah and the Christian opposition have agreed on their nominee a long time ago and he is Michel Aoun. The Seniora government party (Hariri junior, Gemayel, Gaegae & Jumblaat cannot agree on a candidate to save their lives!) The US and the US puppet government utterly refuse Michel Aoun because it is not suitable for Israel that the president of Lebanon have good ties with Hezbollah and has no intention of disarming the Lebanese resistant as the US and Israel would like. Remember the 2006 war?
The presidential elections should have taken place last month, but for this to happen, there needs to have been a 2/3 majority in the cabinet. That is however not possible because the ministers of Hezbollah and the Christian opposition resigned about a year ago. Upon pressure from France and Saudi Arabia, the elections have been postponed twice now in order to give the US puppet government another chance to come up with a candidate other than Michel Aoun which they refuse. They have come up with no one so far however because basically the US puppets strongly disagree amongst each other.
The puppet government also knows that it cannot possibly attain a 2/3 majority as they just don’t have the numbers. They thus came up with a self-cooked amendment of the constitution and said that ½ + 1 would be enough for a majority to win. The opposition and Emile Lahoud totally rejected the idea saying that it was as unconstitutional as the whole Seniora government actually is. Why is the Seniora government unconstitutional? When all the Shia ministers resigned last year, Lebanese law requires the whole cabinet to be re-elected. This didn’t happen because the Seniora government refused to go for elections knowing full well that they would be losing seats. They illegally kept their seats in government and deprived a whole third of the country from any representation. Of course instructions to the Seniora government come directly from the US now… totally messing up the situation for Syria and now even for France who doesn’t like to see its former colony being destroyed by the US. Lahoud is supposed to leave his presidential palace on the 24th of November I believe. The Seniora government imagined that if it could somehow have him transfer presidential powers to the existing government until they managed to work out a new one to the US and Israel’s liking. Emile Lahoud made it very clear a few days ago that this would never happen because of the unconstitutionality of the Seniora government. He said that he would either transfer power to a newly elected president that the opposition had agreed to or the head of the army (which the US, Israel & Seniora party utterly refuse).
The opposition agrees to both Michel Aoun or the head of the army.
To answer your question Rhiannon, the election outcome will tell us which parties have been victorious in the political battle for Lebanon. Will the president be a US/Israeli puppet as the Seniora party has been striving for? Or will he be Michel Aoun as Hezbollah and the Christian opposition together chose? Or will he be the leader of the army as Hezbollah would welcome but the US/Israel would hate.. Will the assassination of Hariri senior have lead to the total ousting of Syria and welcoming of Israel or will the Lebanese opposition manage to block the objectives of that assassination as well as others. Will the new president allow the US to build its basis in Lebanon or not?
Have I mixed you up more?
..nope, that helped quite a bit, Cherifa :)
..nobody in their right mind would vote for TRAITORS who ally themselves with the bastard zionites who bombed your country to hell and killed so many, let alone all the OTHER GENOCIDES taking place around there!
..ahem, this one goes for unkool shamuel too..
Wow...I really do appreciate that....no you didn't mix me up. I find it unusual that the usa puppet installments are not in agreement with each other....usually it's the other way around.
Yeah...those military bases ...or no military bases are key to what's in store for Lebanon. I really am afraid for the future.
My folks wanted to go there [they have never been to Lebanon] but they can't now - not with the way it is.
Did you ever get hold of your friend Alice? ;-)
How interesting that you took political science. I had no head for that stuff when I was at University. I had a few friends in political science.
Instead I was in the acting program...hehheh...that tells you where my head is at.
I am going to print your information so I can read it better. Thanks!
My miserable little laptop will not allow me to read for too long.....I have fantasies of its grisly death.
Excuse my acidic sense of humor.....like the devil it does possess me.
Rhiannon...lol... I like your sense of humor:) Acidic times call for acidic humor. As for "Alice"... she/he never contacted me... thought she/he sounded quite eager.. don't you think? He/she said that his/her real name was not Alice.. and I personally never knew an Alice.
My reply to "Alice" seem to have been all she/he needed.
Interesting:)
My brash - ralph cramden-like - sense of humor gets me into trouble quite a bit.
So your 'Alice' came and went...such mystery!
There was a blogger named Gadfly that came on to WUFYS, I think early October. I was almost going to say something to him because I made a visit to a blogger's site named Gadfly.
This was in the fall of 2006, I think. In this blog I had a rocking argument with an israeli/american named E - E for ephraim. The VERY LOOOONG argument was about the history of Palestine - oh did we argue. Poor Gadfly! I think I gave him such a headache [Gadfly is Lebanese I am sure].
I made the terrible mistake of quoting a small bit of info from the useless Wikipedia. I was learning, like I am now, but I didn't know better to never use wikipedia for sources on Palestinian history.
Well E, just like a pitbull lost no time repeating something that wasn't valid info - the paragraph was half lie, half truth.
So among other things, we got right into it. I wouldn't budge, as I kept telling E that the source from Wiki is dubious, therefore I have better sources....... Gadfly was trying to keep peace and failing miserably.
Anyway, I wanted to say hello, but I thought better of it. Maybe it wasn't the same Gadfly. And he certainly didn't say hi to me....hmmmmm he must still have that headache - lol.
