Zionists are ecstatic about Nada Nadim Prouty, the former FBI and CIA agent who plead guilty on Tuesday 13 Nov 07 to immigration fraud, and to examining her own computer file while she worked for the FBI. (Photo of her at bottom of post.)

Zionists are happy for two reasons. First, they can use this to claim that Hezbollah moles have infiltrated both the FBI and CIA. (You will see how comical this is when you read below.)

Newsweek says the case, “raises a nightmarish question for U.S. intelligence agencies: could one of the world's most notorious terrorist groups (Hezbollah) have infiltrated the U.S. government?”

Second, the case gives Zionists more ammunition against the Arab-American Institute (AAI), a powerful advocacy group founded in 1985 by James Zogby, brother of pollster John Zogby. The AAI is headquartered in Washington DC, and works to mobilize Arab-American voters.

I’ll return to the AAI below, but first, let’s review the “crimes” of Nada Nadim Prouty.

This is what prosecutors say…

Prouty first entered the United States from Lebanon in 1989 on a one-year nonimmigrant student visa. She was 19 years old (she’s 37 now) and lived with her sister in Taylor, Michigan; a suburb of Detroit.

When Prouty’s visa expired, she married a U.S. citizen, Michael Deladurantaye, in the summer of 1990. U.S. prosecutors claim this marriage was illegal, because Ms. Prouty did not have sex with her husband. (No, I’m not making this up). Prosecutors claim that Mr. Deladurantaye was unemployed, and Ms. Prouty paid him to marry her.

In May 1992, Prouty landed a job as a waitress at La Shish, a popular chain of fifteen Middle Eastern restaurants in the Dearborn Michigan area (near Detroit). La Shish was owned by a Lebanese businessman, Talil Khalil Chahine, who had once been an engineer with the Ford Motor Company. Its restaurants were popular with people like Homeland Security Chief Tom Ridge.

In 1994, Prouty became a naturalized U.S. citizen.

In 1995 she divorced Michael Deladurantaye.

In April 1999, using the alias of "Nada Nadim Alley,” Prouty landed a job as an FBI special agent under an FBI "language program" designed to recruit Arabic and other foreign-language speakers.

Prouty passed an FBI polygraph test, plus a full background investigation that included interviews of her current and former husband, and her family and friends in Lebanon. She was then assigned to the FBI field office in Washington DC, where she investigated crimes against U.S. persons overseas.

Prouty was from a Shiite family, and became concerned with Israel’s vilification of Shiite Lebanese people in the USA. Therefore in September 2000, she checked the FBI’s Automated Case System (an antiquated computer network) to see what information the U.S. government had on her, her sister, and Talil Khalil Chahine, the owner of the La Shish restaurants in Michigan.

In August 2002 her sister, (named Elfat El Aouar) married Mr. Chahine, the restaurant owner. The newlyweds visited Lebanon, and attended an event where the keynote speakers were Chahine himself, plus Sheikh Muhammad Hussein Fadlallah, which Israelis claim is the spiritual leader of Hezbollah. The U.S. Treasury Department, following Israeli orders, listed Sheikh Fadlallah as a "Specially Designated Global Terrorist." Hezbollah itself is designated a “global terrorist organization.” (Anyone who resists Israeli aggression is a “global terrorist.”) Since Mr. Chahine visited with Sheikh Fadlallah in Lebanon, the Detroit FBI office investigated Chahine.

On June 4, 2003, Prouty again checked the FBI computer, and learned that the FBI was preparing to go after her sister and her sister’s husband (Mr. Chahine) for income tax evasion, since the FBI had nothing else.

Shortly thereafter, Ms. Prouty left the FBI in Washington and started to work for the CIA’s Clandestine Service. She lived in Vienna, Virginia. Eventually the FBI alerted the CIA, which reassigned Prouty to a less sensitive post.

In 2005, the IRS raided the La Shish restaurant chain for “income tax evasion.” The owner, Mr. Chahine, left the USA, and is presumed to be in Lebanon. In May 2006, his wife (Prouty’s sister) was sentenced to a year and a half in prison for income tax evasion.

In Prouty’s case the prosecutor is Eric M. Straus, a Zionist Jew who is Chief of the FBI’s National Security Unit. He threatened Prouty with 16 years imprisonment and 600,000 in fines. Since Ms. Prouty passed no information to Hezbollah, and never worked on any case involving Hezbollah, she was charged with immigration fraud. The statute of limitations for Naturalization Fraud (in violation of USC 1425) is 10 years, and Prouty’s alleged “fraud happened 17 years ago, but she was charged anyway. Again the only “proof” of this “fraud” was that Prouty did not have sex with her husband, and did not live with him. Therefore Eric M. Straus says Prouty was not legally married.

In return for a lighter sentence, Prouty agreed to plead guilty, and to cooperate with FBI investigations of Muslims and Arabs in the USA. On Nov. 6, 2007, she resigned from the CIA. On November 13 she pled guilty in Detroit Michigan.

The Jewish prosecutor, Eric M. Straus, condemned Prouty’s “stunning betrayal,” plus her “systematic efforts” to become a U.S. citizen, plus her “pattern of deceit” to get jobs at the FBI and the CIA, plus her “diabolical plan” to obtain "sensitive counterterrorism intelligence."

Straus’ indictment contained the standard claim that Hezbollah "murdered more Americans than any other foreign terrorist organization before 9/11.” Straus refers to the bombing of the US Marine barracks in Lebanon, which happened in 1983, well before Hezbollah existed.

Zionists are using this case to say that Muslims have infiltrated all levels of the U.S. government.

The Zionist Forward web site says this…”Prody is a drop in the bucket! As long as we continue to hire Muslims to be translators and analysts, as long as we continue to give money to Muslim schools, this is the result we will get. Spies, spies, and more spies. How much longer will it be before Al Qaeda takes over the entire USA? When the bloody hell are we going to wake up from our coma of illusion, and smell the radical Islam that’s setting the entire West ablaze? How soon will we all succumb to the toxic fumes of jihad?”

BACK TO THE ARAB-AMERICAN INSTITUTE

The AAI (http://www.aaiusa.org/ ) is the closest thing that Arab Americans have to a lobby in the USA. (Unlike AIPAC, its members represent no foreign governments.) The AAI seeks to increase Arab-American involvement in the American political system. It issues "Action Alerts" to members, much like the Anti-defamation League when issues of particular concern arise. The AAI also encourages members to contact members of congress.

Zionist Jews have targeted the AAI since James Zogby founded the group in 1985. In 1988, under Jewish pressure, Presidential candidate Michael Dukakis rejected the AAI's endorsement.

Despite Zionist attacks, the AAI has become powerful. One reason for this is that 40 percent of Arab-Americans have a bachelor’s degree or higher, compared to 24 percent of Americans at large. Seventeen percent of Arab-Americans have a post-graduate degree, which is nearly twice the American average of 9 percent. (Yet Americans call Arabs “rag heads” and “camel jockeys.”)

On October 27, 2007 the AAI (headquartered in Washington DC) held its national conference in Dearborn Michigan. The conference lasted three days (Oct 26-28, 2007) and its theme was Preserving the U.S. Constitution. Over 600 Arab-Americans attended from across the country.

The event was also attended by Presidential candidates Bill Richardson, Dennis Kucinich, Mike Gravel, and Ron Paul. Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, and John Edwards addressed the conference via video hookup. Obama also sent an adviser, Tony Lake. Edwards sent his campaign manager, David Bonior. Democratic National Chairman Howard Dean attended, as did Senators John Sununu (R-NH) and Debbie Stabenow (D-MI). Also attending were Congressmen Charles Boustany (R-LA), John Dingell (D-MI) and John Conyers (D-MI). Also present was Michigan Democratic Party Chairman Mark Brewer, and Michigan Republican Party Chairman Gerry Mason.

Obviously Zionists see the AAI as a threat to Jewish control of the USA.

Lo and behold, one of the sponsors of the AAI national conference in Michigan (Oct 2007) was the La Shish restaurant chain.

YES !!!

Now Zionists can claim that the AAI supports Hezbollah! Even better, the case of Nada Nadim Prouty will deflect national attention from the AIPAC spy case against Steve Rosen and Keith Weissman.

Zionist web sites call the Prouty affair an “embarrassing security breach of monumental proportions.”

USA Today says, “An Lebanese illegal alien arranged a bogus marriage to earn US citizenship and jobs with the FBI and CIA - then sneaked into a top-secret government computer to see what investigators uncovered about Hezbollah and her family's ties to terror.”

The media portrays Ms. Prouty as a “Hezbollah mole,” when all she did was check the FBI computer (twice) to see if the FBI was going after her sister.

As for the charge of “immigration fraud,” it now appears that if a woman is an Arab-American, and does not have sex with her husband, she can be deported, even if she was divorced 17 years ago.
