On Tuesday, 13 Nov 07, Judith Regan filed a $100 million lawsuit against the Rupert Murdoch’s News Corporation, which controls Fox News. The News Corporation is managed by Roger Ailes.

Regan is a former personality at Fox News. In the spring of 2001, she began a sexual affair with Bernard Kerik, who was married to his first wife at the time. This affair began when Regan started working on Kerik’s memoir, titled Lost Son. For three years they had sexual trysts at an apartment near 9-11 ground zero. The apartment was meant for rescue and recovery workers. Kerik also had a “consulting practice” that included lucrative contracts with the nation of Jordan. He also served as "Interior Minister" in Iraq for 4 months

Kerick, Rudy Giuliani, and Roger Ailes are extremely close friends. Ailes served as media consultant to Giuliani’s first mayoral campaign in 1989. As mayor, Giuliani officiated at Ailes’s wedding and Kerik’s wedding. He also made Kerik his Police Commissioner. In December 2004, Giuliani nominated Kerik to be head of the Department of Homeland Insecurity -- but Kerik had apparently stepped on Jewish toes, and was immediately charged with corruption. Bush apologized to the Jews by nominating Chertoff instead of Kerik to be head of the DHS (just as Bush later nominated Mukasey as an apology for Alberto Gonzalez).

When Giuliani nominated Kerik to be head of the DHS, investigators wanted to question Judith Regan about her sexual affair with Kerik, but Roger Ailes ordered Regan to say she had no affair. Ailes feared that Regan’s affair with Kerik would hurt Giuliani.

In addition to having her own show on Fox News titled Judith Regan Tonight, Regan had her own publishing outfit called ReganBooks, which she began in 1994. This was a subsidiary of HarperCollins Publishers LLC, owned by Rupert Murdoch. Regan wanted to publish escaped murderer O.J. Simpson’s book If I Did It at the same time she did an interview of Simpson on Fox News. Regan also pushed for a novel that imagined drunken sexual escapades by baseball legend Mickey Mantle. Rupert Murdoch initially approved these projects, but changed his mind when they attracted negative publicity. Nonetheless, Regan kept pushing. Fox News and Harper Collins turned against her. Harper Collins attorney Mark Jackson claims he overheard Regan say she was being smeared by a Jewish Cabal. (Regan is Jewish herself.) This "anti-Semitic" comment was passed on to Rupert Murdoch, who ordered Regan fired from both Fox News and Harper Collins on 15 Dec 2006. The subsidiary, ReganBooks, was also terminated.

This was a tremendous fall for a woman who had, over a dozen years, built her own imprint into a best-seller juggernaut. It captured headlines by printing memoirs and other books by popular figures like Howard Stern, Rush Limbaugh, and the porn star Jenna Jameson. Regan also oversaw more traditional offerings, like The Zero, a novel set in the aftermath of 9/11, which was a finalist for a National Book Award in 2006.

Regan asserts in her 70-page lawsuit that she never used the term “Jewish cabal,” and that a range of HarperCollins executives approved both the Mantle book and the Simpson project. She says Rupert Murdoch himself signed off on the Simpson book during a dinner with Ms. Regan on Feb. 14, 2006.

Regan says the News Corporation conspired to smear her by publishing lies in the New York Post, which is owned by Rupert Murdoch. Her lawsuit was filed in the New York State Superior Court in Manhattan.

The first page of the lawsuit says that Fox News conspired to protect Giuliani, by ordering Regan to lie about her sexual affair with Kerik. That was in 2004. On June 30, 2006, Kerik pleaded guilty to accepting more than $165,000 in gifts while a city official, and failing to report the money as required. He paid more than $200,000 in fines and avoided jail. Last week, Kerik was indicted on 14 new counts of counts of fraud and conspiracy.

Kerik is now out on bail and awaiting trial, which will be delayed until August 2008, when the Republicans choose Giuliani as their candidate, and the Democrats choose Hillary. Then the Kerik-Giuliani scandal will be publicized, and Hillary will win the November election by a wide margin.

Kerik himself will help publicize the scandal. He will appear on Larry King, and write a book that portrays him as a hero and a victim. Judith Regan will publish it.

Giuliani’s backers include Pat Robertson, the ultra-Zionist Norman Podhoretz, and John Ellis, the Bush cousin who called the 2000 election for Fox News. However, Zionist support for Giuliani will evaporate during the November 2008 election. Zionists only support Giuliani now in order to keep Ron Paul out of the picture. Secretly, Zionists regard Giuliani as weak, stupid, and mentally ill. They know that if Giuliani were President, his instability would cause him to be impeached within six months. His bumbling and corruption would be so extreme that Zionist control might be exposed.

I predict that if Giuliani is not careful, and does something to displease Zionists, then after Hillary wins the election in November 2008, the Zionists will crush Giuliani so hard that Giuliani will end up wearing diapers in a sanitarium, dribbling onto his bib.

As for Kerik, whether or not Bush pardons him will depend on how angry Kerik has made the Jews. They are so angry with Alberto Gonzalez that Gonzalez is now touring the country, seeking donations for his legal defense.
