Let Jerusalem's "Corpus Separatum" Status Be the Basis of a Greater Jerusalem

LET JERUSALEM'S "CORPUS SEPARATUM" STATUS BE THE BASIS OF A GREATER JERUSALEM
NEW YORK, NEW YORK * 27 NOVEMBER 2007 Citizen of the USA Stephen M. St. John addresses the international community in Washington and here in New York City, all members of the US Congress as well as other organizations and individuals, public and private, and deflects any and all criticisms for negativity with respect to the Annapolis peace conference by pointing out that the "two state solution" touted there is but another attempt to resurrect the failed United Nations "Partition Resolution" that only increased the ethnic cleansing and terrorism leading to the declaration of the Jewish state months later. This festering wound will continue to poison international relations unless and until mankind openly acknowledges and repudiates the Zionists' Talmudic license to kill and steal from and otherwise manipulate non-Jews. The Palestinian people are victims and do not deserve blame for being victims, but rather restitution and restoration of their rights. Minimizing exposure of Zionist atrocities and maximizing exposure of Arab atrocities is great propaganda that will serve many ends, but peace is not among them! One element of the UN partition plan, however, is a seed of hope for an integrated, democratic state of Jerusalem encompassing all the land west of the Jordan River with one capital and one citizenship and equal opportunity for all, be they Muslims, Christians or Jews. That hopeful element is the often overlooked status of Jerusalem as a "corpus separatum," or separate entity apart from the designated Jewish and Arab states. Attempts to make peace in historic Palestine subsequent to the partition plan have generally ignored the status of Jerusalem as a separate entity. However, the centerpiece of An Eight Part Peace Proposal for Greater Jerusalem has this "corpus separatum" incubate and grow to absorb and unify the polar opposites of the realized Zionist state and the unrealized Arab state. This is a rational plan that ought to appeal to rational people. But the Zionist belief of innate superiority and the need to live separately from the inferior non-Jews is an obstacle to such a rational end. The real Jews and are the Levites of the world; just as the tribe of Levy was mixed among all the other tribes of Israel in Biblical history, the Jews of today belong among all the nations of the earth. This is how they will realize their prophesied destiny of being a blessing for all mankind. Please visit http://www.show-the-house.com
