Did you notice that Bush barely mentioned israel in his State of the Union speech?

I didn't.

I couldn't care less if he didn't mention israel AT ALL.

But, israelis DID.

(IsraelNN.com) American President George W. Bush mentioned Israel only once in his annual State of the Union speech that focused on Iraq as the main Middle East problem. His sole reference to Israel was when he affirmed the commitment of the United States to peace negotiations with the Palestinian Authority (PA).

He also made no mention of previous promises to move the American embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, as required by Congress [?].

The law was passed several years ago, but every President, including Bush, has exercised the option of delaying the move every six months.

You would think that they would get the picture.
