Zionist settlers attack 4 Palestinians

Masked Zionist settlers have attacked Palestinian farmers in a field near the West Bank city of Nablus, beating four and injuring them.
The settlers sprayed the Palestinians victims in the eyes with pepper spray and then beat them with sticks, witnesses and doctors told AP.
Witnesses said the four Palestinian farmers were planting wheat. Of the two injured and treated at a local hospital, one was hurt moderately, doctors said.
A local Palestinian leader, Omar Shtayeh, said he filed a complaint with authorities about Tuesday's incident.
"They parked on the road and we thought they were just hiking but suddenly they put on masks and they sprayed me in my eyes and beat me and I couldn't see who he was," said 46-year-old farmer Hussein Asida.
A Palestinian youth, 15, was among those attacked, Asida said.
The settlers from the nearby illegal outpost of Havat Gilad had attacked Palestinian farmers in the past.

Why do we allow ourselves to accept such a manipulative term as "settler"? Most people do not do know what a "settlement" or a "settler" is! They have no idea that we are dealing with state sponsored and protected illegal theft of land. In addition the land thieves proceed to terrorise their "neighbors", all generously supported by US tax payers.
What would be the reaction if an ethnic gang broke into the the White House compound destroying the Rose Garden to "develop the area" and physically assault residents as well as visitors to the White House? Would that be equally acceptable?
