IRS prosecutes latest celebrity target

WUFYS readers who saw Aaron Russo’s film Freedom To Fascism may remember IRS agent Sherry Jackson, 45, who refuses to pay income taxes, all of which go directly to Jews of the central banks.

In 2006, Americans paid $2.5 trillion to these Jewish criminals. That money would have stayed in the economy if there were no Federal Reserve. Instead, it went into Jewish pockets.

On 30 October 2007, an Atlanta jury found Sherry Jackson guilty of "willful failure to file tax returns." Leading the prosecution was IRS “Special Agent In Charge” Rodney E. Clarke (Jewish).

Jackson is supposed to be sentenced this month.

The IRS’ current target is movie actor Wesley Snipes, also age 45.

Fed prosecutors say Snipes didn’t pay enough taxes on money that Snipes made from the "Blade" trilogy of movies.

Snipes faces 16 years in federal prison. Co-defendants Eddie Ray Kahn and Douglas P. Rosile face 10 years.

Snipes’ trial begins today in Ocala Florida.

He says he was a victim of unscrupulous advice, and didn't know he was doing anything illegal. He paid millions in federal income taxes until 2000 when he accepted the argument by two Florida men that he didn't have to pay, since there is no law anywhere requiring him to pay.

Government prosecutors claim that in the 1990s, Kahn founded a group called American Rights Litigators, and later founded another group, Guiding Light of God Ministries, which purported to help members legally avoid paying taxes.

Co-defendant Rosile, a former certified public accountant who lost his licenses in Ohio and Florida, prepared the paperwork. Snipes joined their group in 2000.

Prosecutors say American Rights Litigators charged annual dues for members like Snipes, and took 20 percent of any monetary return generated.

The federal indictment charged Snipes with fraudulently claiming refunds totaling almost $12 million in 1996 and 1997 for income taxes already paid. The government paid no refunds to him.

Snipes was also charged with failure to file returns from 1999 through 2004.

Prosecutors say Kahn kept the IRS jammed up with bizarre demands and heavy paperwork. ARL allegedly told Snipes to send a "determination letter" to check his tax status, and told him he didn't have to pay any taxes if the IRS did not respond.
Snipes also twice sent letters to IRS special agents investigating the case, in 2003 and early 2004, saying the agents had no authority to probe his tax situation.

Snipes' lawyers have filed a flurry of motions, most of them denied.

Kahn has no legal training, but insists on representing himself, and has made several missteps and peculiar motions. For example, he sought to be immediately freed because the indictment lists his name in all capital letters, and he claimed U.S. attorneys have no jurisdiction because Florida supposedly was never ceded to the federal government.

Those motions also were denied.

The IRS is part of the department of the Treasury, which enforces orders from the private, secret Federal Reserve.

the beast issues you a number when you're born.

..it's last name first, and capitalized, because technically this is NOT YOU.

..this is a trick they use in order to collect INCOME [WAR-USURY] TAXES, which are wholly illegal.

..so, if it's not really in your name, heck just cut up those credit cards when they're maxed! There is a certain way you can get them to give up on collections too.

..as for the _axman, run for the hills, they can't take what they can't prove you have.
