European man sentenced for "offending Muslims"

The central government of Belarus has just sentenced a newspaper editor to three years for reprinting the Mohammed (PBUH) cartoons that first appeared in the right wing / zionist Jyllands-Posten newspaper in Denmark (30 September 2005).

(WUFYS readers know that Fleming Rose, the zionist Jew “cultural editor” of Jyllands-Posten, published the original cartoons on the recommendation of his close friend, the ultra-militant zionist Daniel Pipes in the USA. This was a ploy to vilify Muslims. Denmark's Jyllands-Rotten newspaper, largely run by Jews, has become one of Scandinavia’s leading mouthpieces for American zio-cons, and particularly for the spreading of Islamophobia.)

The zio-media is overjoyed. Once again someone has been jailed for “offending” Muslims. Better yet, less than one percent of Belarus' population of 10 million are Muslim. Therefore a man was jailed for “offending” a tiny Muslim minority.

Now let’s look at the REAL story.

I was in Belarus from January to March 2005. I do not speak Russian, but I can read it well enough to translate the gist of any Russian newspaper article. Byelorussian is slightly different from regular Russian, but most of the newspapers in Belarus print in regular Russian.

NOTE: the Rus people of Russia had no written language for centuries, so in 864, Bulgarian Prince Boris I commissioned the creation of a “Russian” alphabet. Clement of Ohrid developed it and named it after his teacher, St. Cyril, (hence the “Cyrillic” alphabet) a missionary who, along with his brother, Methodius, is credited for inventing the Glagolitic alphabet, an earlier Slavic alphabet and an influence on today’s Russian.

My point is that Russian is designed to be easy to read. English speakers can pick it up in perhaps a month with some effort, although learning to speak Russian takes the usual two years.

Belarus has been under an iron-fisted dictatorship since 1994, when Alexander Lukashenko assumed power in the rubble of the old USSR.

Lukashenko’s state police apparatus is called the KGB, after the old Russian model. Anyone in Belarus who speaks against him gets fired from his job. Anyone who continues to speak against him goes to jail. Victims are not killed or tortured (unless the government wants information about a dissident network) but they do go to prison for a long time. Any newspaper that publishes an item that Lukashenko does not like is instantly and permanently shut down.

Lukashenko is continually “re-elected” in a process so rigged that even he admits it. In the elections of March 2006, popular uprisings against him occurred across Belarus. Lukashenko crushed all dissent, and was “re-elected” in a landslide -- since, as Stalin said, the only thing that matters is who counts the vote. When Lukashenko got over 90 percent of the “vote count,” he said the election had been rigged, so he ordered the count “corrected” down to 85 percent, which was still a “landslide.”

Lukashenko has no political “party.” He and his thugs are simply in control. However there are several political parties that oppose him. One is Hramada, aka the Belarusian Social Democratic Party. Its party newspaper Zgoda published all the dirt on Lukashenko. Therefore during the March 2006 “elections,” Lukashenko ordered Zgoda shut down permanently.

Its editor, Alexander Sdvizhkov, continued to speak out against the dictator Lukashenko, so Lukashenko dreamed up an excuse to imprison him, namely that back in March 2006 while Sdvizhkov was editor of Zgoda, Sdvizhkov reprinted the Jyllands-Rotten, cartoons.

Lukashenko says this “offended” Muslims two years ago. Therefore Sdvizhkov was sentenced to three years in the present.

This excuse is hilarious. I have been to Belarus, as I noted above. There was NO friction between Russians and Muslims. The only group the Russians didn’t like was the f**king JEWS. The Russian Orthodox Church is on extremely good terms with Muslims in Belarus. Islam has had a far bigger influence on Russian culture than most Americans realize. Arabic culture has had an influence too. Arabic melodies can be heard in the works of classical composers Tchaikosky, Borodin, and Rimsky-Korsakov.

Sdvizhkov re-printed the Jyllands-Posten cartoons in the Zgoda, newspaper because everyone was curious to know what the fuss was about. He had nothing against Muslims at all. His enemy was the dictator Lukashenko.

When Sdvizhkov was sentenced, Muslim groups in Belarus were shocked. They had actively pressed for leniency. Lukashenko imprisoned Sdvizhkov against the wishes of Muslims.

However the zio-media in the west has jumped on this. They say a man was imprisoned for offending Muslims, which are less than one percent of the nation’s people. This implies that Muslims wanted the man imprisoned, when in fact they wanted him freed.

And Americans eat it up.

Sweet!
