what she saw, but she sure did change her tune quickly.
at first, I thought he's being kind of rude.
But, then I thought, she's being rude and why is it any of her business whether or not he's a citizen? plenty of non citizens have a right to be here and are entitled not to be harassed unless there is probable cause.
moreover, what right does she have to stop him in the first place and waste his time with their nonsense? On what basis?
Either he's being detained, or he's not being detained.
If he's being detained, then they sure as hell better have probable cause for detaining him.
And if he's not being detained, then he doesn't have to answer any of her questions. She can ask them all she wants.

Well done to the driver standing his ground and knowing the law. Just like most of alphabet soup abbreviated agencies, the agent's have no leg to stand on unless you enter into a "contract" with them voluntary. She tried to call the bluff here until the next step was a major confrontation. The INS doesn't appear to do yet what even the local police are now doing as a matter of policy to any level of hesitation to respond to their nonsense: macing, TAZING, cuffing and detention with battery charges laid for you to then argue in front of a Zioinist judge. Hard to tell what made her give in, maybe the line of vehicles behind bunching up. EVERYONE needs to carry a video camera and do this exactly...she became intimidated, the look on her face priceless, even giving her superior's name reluctantly but knowing she had no balls left to continue the intimidation charade. This is an excellent training video for all citizen's with the fortitude to resist this oppression.
