My opinion is that they have it coming when the "sleeping giant" of Iran, Russia and China wake up to deliver the crushing response after Iran/Syria is attacked or otherwise baited into the trap set by USA/Israel. The US/British military will be the sitting duck.
American and British soldiers and mercs perceive Iraqi and Afghani civilians as subhuman subject to indiscriminate mistreatment, maiming and killing -- which is akin to Imperial Japanese perceiving the Filipino, Chinese and Korean as mere animals before and during WWII. Imperial West have nothing to offer the Middle East in terms of a peaceful, progressive and sensible foreign policy as it attempts to colonize the area in alliance with Israel by means of warfare under the unambiguously false dictum of "War on Terror" propaganda.

It should come as no surprise that the American people are outraged over the death of a mongrel puppy, but could care less over the brutal murder of Palestinian children.
Nepos, this could well be related to your other post in which you bring up the anthrax vaccinations. You can't tell me these soldiers aren't being drugged by their government when they behave like this, unless you're willing to concede that Americans in general are just fucked in the head. No one I know, and no demographic that I know of in Australia would or could behave this disgustingly as a collective, or go on senseless, violent shooting sprees like these Blackwater mercs do, killing innocent civilians and puppies and damaging private property. It's fucking insane. The US must be drugging these poor bastards to enhance their violent tendencies and reduce their sensitivity to violence, either through Halliburton's food and water, or directly, via medication and vaccinations.
I've also heard that the US government medicates soldiers' libidos away to keep them focused on the killing and stop them wanting to fuck each other, but I haven't looked into it or sought confirmation of it.
I don't support the troops, I never have. The minute you walk into a military recruiting office, you're making the decision to murder other human beings on behalf of the state. It's justified if it's for the purpose of legitimate resistance, or if it were truly a case of 'defending the homeland' or 'fighting for my country', but we all know what a load of wank that is in the case of post-WW2 conflicts like Vietnam and Iraq, so there's no excuse. You have to be a murderer an idiot to sign up for that.
I know there have been some good people caught up in this mess, but generally speaking, the troops can go fuck themselves, no apologies.

as I watch, I still find it hard to believe that people could be so murderous and heartless when it comes to other human beings who don't share their skin color, their culture or their language.
