Vermont Town Votes to Arrest and Indict Bush, Cheney

Their next job can be making sure that Bush and Cheney get something they've denied so many other people: a fair trial

Brattleboro, Vt., voted today in support of a measure calling on the town's police force to arrest and indict Bush and Cheney. The vote was 2012-1795.

Marlboro, Vt., passed a similar measure at its town meeting today at which the vote to indict Bush and Cheney was 43-25-3. That's 43 in favor and 3 abstaining. Thus Marlboro beat Brattleboro to it by a few hours. In Brattleboro, the indictment question was on the primary ballots for both parties.

After their arrest, they need to be taken to Guantánamo Bay, Cuba and held in solitary confinement. No access to attorneys will be allowed, in keeping with the current protocols used in Gitmo.

Secret evidence can and will be brought against them and they will not be able to challenge the evidence nor know the name of their accusers.

If they are reluctant to give up information that can and will be used to convict them of their numerous war crimes, then "enhanced" interrogation techniques will be used, especially waterboarding.

If they are still hesitant to testify about their crimes against humanity, their wives and children will be brought to Gitmo where they will be raped in front of these two criminals, to elicit further testimony.

Upon conviction, since no appeals are allowed, the sentence passed is to be immediately executed at the gallows pole.
And all of both Bush and Cheney's assets are to be confiscated to help the embattled people of Iraq, Palestine and Afghanistan
